Mental health is defined as the behavioural, emotional and cognitive approach of
individual for their well being. This refers as how people think, feel and behave people

mental disorder. The origin of mental disorder is started with various dimension. The primary
source of this disorder is over thinking, stress and many more which is persist for longer period

associated with this is called depression, anxiety and so on. These all disorder which is
associated with mental issue. In this report, the analysis is based on various factor which create
effect on mental health by using social media. The various effect and their prevention strategies
are discussed (Berryman and et. al., 2018).

As per this, the human being is an social creature which required a social behavioural in
order to know the ethics and rule of life. The requirement of partner is necessary throughout the
life in order to provide the strength which create huge impact in the mental health of an
individual. There are various people who show their interest to make friend and use to create
mental health and happiness in life. As per recent time, there are various social media platform
such as twitter, Facebook and Instagram which help people connect with each other. This make
difference between the reel and reality of life and create replacement in way to know the fact
about connection. For every person at this busy world, require a friend or someone to whom
person contact and share their thought and view. As per this social media became a platform in
order to share view and thought. In addition to this, the technology made number of this easy but
also create an impact which is more lonely and isolated and as per this the mental health problem
include anxiety and depression. If any individual spending maximum time on social media this
create negative impact on the mental state (Marengo and et. al., 2018). This excessive use create
feeling of sadness, dissatisfaction, frustration or loneliness which impacting the life and issue
related to these. This is an time of which examine a proper habit and create the balance which is
healthier in nature.

The virtual interaction can create shortly due the social media. It became more useful
platform for every one otherwise it will create the psychological benefits in order to create face
to face interaction and this will became real. There are still many of positive ways which is help
to stay connected and support the well being of individual (Ngo and et. al., 2020).
Social media make individual access through various parameter which is defined as to
make free about to do these are mentioned below:

have independence, social anxiety and part of group or team.

good or bad which affected from social media. Social media promote negativity such as:
Inadequacy about life and appearance. In addition the social media is platform where
manipulation is always going on. This create thinking which is based on looks and aspect
of life which create demotivation and threat for thinking.
