This research proposal investigates the impact of talent management on the role of Human Resources within Crockett & Jones, a UK-based company. The study aims to identify how talent management influences business performance, the key roles of HR managers, and the specific impact of talent management on HR functions. The research will employ a mixed-method approach, utilizing both literature review and surveys to gather data. The proposal outlines the research questions, objectives, methodology, and timelines, including a Gantt chart for project management. The research will explore the use of primary data collected from 30 employees through questionnaires and secondary data from books, articles, and journals to provide a comprehensive analysis of the subject. The research will be conducted using the research onion framework and will focus on the epistemology philosophy, inductive and deductive approaches, and a cross-sectional time horizon.
