business organisation can enhance skills and capabilities of employees. It will simultaneously
enhance overall productivity and profitability of business at great extent. In addition to this, for
conducting appropriate talent management a company management need to adopt an effective
strategies or plans so that they conduct work properly. Along with this, talent management also
have huge impact on the role of human resource because through talent management they able to
conduct work properly as employees feel motivated as well as encouraged.
What are the impact of talent management on the role of human resource in an organization?
As per the article given byBibi(2019), the talent management activities have positive impact on
the role of human resources as through effective talent management employees feel motivated
and encourage. By this human resource can develop effective plans for adopting new strategies
as well as innovation as employees conduct work in proper manner for attaining desire goal.
Along with this effective talent management also decrease the work load of human resource as
when employees feel motivated then they perform in best manner which leads to attainment of
desire goal and objectives successfully. In addition to this proper talent management enhance
employees as well as manager engagement which help company human resource to develop and
maintain effective working environment at workplace. This show that talent management have
positive as well as effective impact on the performance or role of human resource of a company.
According to the Pandita and Ray (2018), employee engagement is one of the main role of HR
and also having the positive impact of talent management exercise. Different practices of talent
management like training and development and performance appraisal not only help in
improvement of an employee skill and personality but also assist in improving their engagement
within organisational activities. Exercise of training and development help employees to learn
new skills and use same in performance of functions more effectively. This motivates them to
work hard along with higher level of engagement for an organisation so they able to ascertain
overall organisational objectives along with own professional goals. This clears out the activities
of talent management like training and development has direct relation with exercise of
improving employee engagement within an organisation.

As per the view point of Narayanan(2016), employee retention is the important role of HR and
no organisation will able to gain success without fulfilment of this task. This is so because
employees are those asset of an organisation that never be imitated by any other competitive
organisation. It is also cleared by author that exercises of talent management has huge
contribution in fulfilment of this role i.e. employee retention. For example, practice like training
and development and higher responsibilities not only help in improving personality of an
employee but creates their trust towards management they cautious about their overall
professional growth. This motivates them stick within an organisation for longer period of time
and work hard towards the accomplishment of overall organisational objectives. This clears that
exercise of talent management like higher responsibilities has direct association with the
fulfilment of HR role about longer retention of employees within an organisation.
What are the different strategies of talent management adopted by human resource of a
company?
As per the perspective of Al-Hussaini, S.H. and et. al., (2019), talent management strategy is an
action plan that aim to optimize performance of employees. There are various forms of talent
management strategies such as succession planning, workforce planning, career-path planning
and more through which business organisation can maximise employee’s performance or
accomplishing different HR functions. Exercise of workforce planning includes the activities
related to training, performance appraisal and delegation of responsibilities for the purpose of
brining effective level of peace and satisfaction at workplace among employees. All these
activities not only work towards bringing consistency in working but simultaneously aid in
development of skills and knowledge among employees. For ex., exercise of performance
appraisal helps in identification of skill gap along with ascertainment of measure or technique
that might help in improvement of same. So, the end result of this will be ascertained by the
employees as improved level of personality and productivity that turns them from ordinary
worker to skilled or extraordinary who can perform in diverse situations.

Gantt Chart
Gantt chart is determined as a type of bar which outline the activities as well as duration for
conducting research in effective and appropriate manner. With the help of Gantt chart researcher
can accomplish activities of researcher in proper time frame. Along with this, it will also help
investigator to reduce overlapping of activities. It was developed by Henry Gantt in year 1910 –
1915. The respective research Gantt Chart is mentioned below: -

your areas of research will cover:
Research methodologies is determined as technique or tool that are adopted by a researcher for
gather authenticate as well as reliable data or information connected to topic. For an investigator,
it is essential to select most appropriate research methodologies so that they can gather
authenticate information related to the topic. In context of this research, an investigator is
selecting a framework named as research onion. The reason for choosing this research method is
as it provides effective progression in the process of research and is adaptable in variety of
contexts. It is introduced by Saunders et al in year 2007 and include numbers of different
methodologies like a layer of onion. The explanation of research onion is mentioned below in
respect of this research: -
Research philosophies – It is viewed as conviction or marvel in which information is
assembled by the analyst to accomplish legitimate result of the exploration. It is
fundamental for a specialist to choose most fitting ways of thinking for their examination
fill as that will help in achieving the long objective and destinations effectively. There are
two sorts of examining methods of reasoning from the point of researcher that will
berequired to undertake i.e.pragmatismandinterpretivism. In regard of individual
exploration, investigator will take use of pragmatism research philosophy. It is on the
grounds that it is one of the effective and well organised method that help in effective
level of analysis in ease manner. In this research, pragmatism research philosophies have
been considered and the reason for choosing this method is that it a scientific method in
which results are basedon the actual problems of real life, making the overall conclusion
reliable. In addition to this interpretivism will be used in order to analyse the qualitative
aspects associated the research topic.
Research Approaches – This is considering as the process or plan which is adopted by
researcher in order to do research work in proper way. In order to conduct research work
in best manner, it is essential for researcher to select appropriate research approaches.
There are main two kinds of research approaches from which researcher need to select
i.e. inductive as well as deductive. In order to accomplish present research objectives
investigator will undertake the use of deductive approach as it effectively supports the

objective nature of investigation and coordinate with pragmatism research philosophy. In
addition to this, another justification to select deductive approach is that is mainly based
upon fact that through it assist in better testing of numeric data and information’s. Some
other reasons behind the selection of deductive approach is that it helps in providing
appropriate explanation of the casual relationship among concepts and variables.
Moreover, also helps in generalizing the research findings in accurate manner. The
benefit of this will be ascertained in future where easy for the researcher to analyse data
and take appropriate decisions accordingly.
Research strategies – It is decided as the strategies which are received by a researcher to
accumulate and verify solid datarelated with the topic. With the help of effective research
strategy, investigator can conduct research in a systematic manner in a qualitative way. In
regard of this exploration, researcher going to use the questionnaire method for
completion of research and collection of data. This is so because this will help in
calculation of most reliable information which is effective towards the direction of
getting accurate results. The main reason behind choosing questionnaire as research
method is that, first hand and appropriate information would be gathered from the
respondents. So, on the basisthose responses able to generate the views on research topic
and appropriate and authentic decision could be taken in future.
Research Choice – It is determined as kind of data or information on which researcher
want to based their project so that they can attain the desire goal and objectives
successfully. For every researcher, it is essential to select best research choice for their
project as that will directly or indirectly help in attaining the desire goal effectively.
There are two types of choices in front of researcher i.e. quantitative as well as qualitative
research choice. In context of this research, an investigator is adopting quantitative
research choice as it will aid them in collecting authenticate and reliable information. It is
so because that are based on the numerical as well as statistics related to topic. With the
help of this undertaking about the use of quantitative research, investigator aim towards
accomplishing research objectives with more accurate results. Along with this, the
selected method will allow researcher to gather effective and reliable data within the
allocated timeframe.Further, utilisation of quantitative method is also justifiable from the
11

point that help in better presentation of collected facts within more systematic and
attractive way within the aid of tables and charts. Some other major objectives behind
choosing of quantitative research is that in case of large sample size it provides more
generalized results and is cost in effective nature. Also, aid in collection of data in fast
and authentic manner that will be analysed more perfectly as compared to other existing
approaches.
Time horizon – It is determined as time duration which is needed by a researcher in
order to do their work of research in effective manner. There are main two kinds of time
horizon i.e. longitudinal as well as cross-sectional time horizon. These help the
researchers to present themselves as the most appropriate for their project. In context of
this research, an investigator is adopting cross-sectional time horizon because that help in
accomplishing work in best manner as well as in given time duration. With the help of
taking use of cross-sectional time horizon, investigator aim to fulfil research in proper
time frame by fulfilling all the actions like collection and analysis of data within specific
period of time. So, it is clear from the above description that main reason behind the
selection of this technique is completion of research activities within allocated and
adequate time frame without any issues.
Data collection – It is considered as strategy which is utilized by an analyst to assemble,
confirm and identification of appropriate data related to their topic. For an analyst, it is
vital to select most suitable information assortment technique or cycle because their result
is relying upon it. There are two sorts of information collection types i.e. primary as well
as secondary. For the purpose of completing this research, researcher is going to use both
type of methods i.e. primary and secondary. In regard primary data collectionmethod,
researcher is selecting the50 respondents(employees) out of total population i.e. whole
workforce at workplace. Along with this, in terms with secondary research method,
researcher decided to use all resources like journal articles, magazines and books. The
main reason behind the usage of both collection methods that most appropriate and
accurate results can be accomplished. Here, main purpose with the use of primary data
collection method is that able to gather first-hand information which is most effective in
nature towards ascertainment of unbiased, reliable and accurate data. Also, with the use
