This report presents a case study analyzing the impact of teamwork on organisational productivity at Tesco F&F in Saudi Arabia. The research aims to explore the conceptual understanding of teamwork and organisational productivity, critically evaluate the factors influencing teamwork and productivity within Tesco F&F, and assess the correlation between the two. The methodology involves a survey strategy with questionnaires distributed to 100 randomly selected employees to gather primary data on their perspectives. The study considers ethical considerations, including informed consent and data confidentiality. The findings are expected to offer insights into improving teamwork and enhancing productivity within the context of Tesco F&F in Saudi Arabia. This research includes details on the aims, objectives, participant recruitment, informed consent process, research methods, and data analysis techniques used to investigate the subject.
