It is a systematic way to conduct research by fulfilling its aims and objectives. Research
methodologies includes all the ways and methods which are available to make better conclusion.
This methodologies helps the researcher to assure validity and reliability of the data collected.
This is required to achieve good results.
Research philosophy: A research is mainly based on some philosophies which a
researcher made. This includes all the vales, beliefs and assumption which are combined together
to analyse and evaluate research topic. There are two philosophies positivism and interpretivism
in which this research is based on positivism. It require scientific study of the topic in which,
researcher observe and experiments the data to gain relevant knowledge. The intrepretivism
philosophies is based on existing researcher of other authors.
Research approach: The research is based on set of procedures and styles which varies
as per the research topics. The two main approaches are inductive and deductive. This research is
based on deductive approach in which there is requirement of developing new hypothesis which
require deep and relevant knowledge about the data (Mira, Choong, and Thim, 2019). Whereas,
inductive approach includes presenting theories through observations and assumption.

Research design: The research design is the main area of research which shows how the
research is going to flow. It shows the accurate structure and presentation of the research in an
appropriate manner. There are mainly two methods of research designs which are effective and
accurate sources. Qualitative and quantitative methods of research design. In which, Quantitative
research requires the study which give data in statistical manner. This design helps in finding
accurate data in numbers. The qualitative research design is based on collecting data in
theoretical manner. This research is based on both the research design to achieve aims and
objectives properly.
Data collection method: This method of data collection is required and relevant for the
research. These methods helps in fulfilling research aims through collection information from
relevant sources. There are two methods which such as primary and secondary. These methods
are both crucial and effective to collect required information. primary data is mainly used to
collected statistical information through conducting questionnaire, surveys which provide
accurate data (Oluwaseun, 2018). This method is not time and cost effective. Whereas,
secondary data is easy to collect data through many sources like books, journals and newspaper
and articles. This research is based on both the methods to make the data accurate in every way.
Sampling: It is the approach of gathering general public in order to conduct any surveys.
The two main methods of sampling are probability and non-probability. In which random
sampling is the element of probability sampling which is useful to select sample size instantly by
picking number of people. It eliminate any persona bias. This sample size is 50 which are the
employees of DPD company.
Research ethics: A research needs to be based on ethics and confidentially to promote
reliability of the data. The researcher must be aware about people consent while collecting data
use it for relevant purpose.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that training and development is the crucial activities which
involves employees satisfaction at workplace. The research proposal has shown research
methodology which will helps in analysing data from accurate sources. This data will help in
analysing potential issues and challenges faced by organisation to enhance employees growth.
