more profits at workplace. In health and social care era, training and development program
determines critical role that assists to increase skills and abilities in systematic manner.
Therefore, it increases patient safety and their satisfaction towards the services that are given by
care workers. Thus, present study examines impact of the design training and development
program on the overall execution of the project at workplace (Marković, Lončarić and Lončarić,
2014).
In order to conduct the present research, rationale exists to measure effectiveness of the
training and development program on the employees of health and social care enterprise. With
the help of present research, existing care workers of NHS can increase their efficiency ad skills
which require for care patient in the institute. In addition to this, it is also helpful to gain insight
knowledge for proper development of the results that create effective growth of the enterprise to
