research, selected business organisation is Starbucks, which is famous American multinational
chain of coffeehouse and roastery. It operates their business over 30000 locations in over the
world in more than 70 countries. Mainly, it serves hot and cold drinks, microground instant
coffee, whole-bean coffee, and many more in market. Company also focus on their lower level
employees and also provide them proper training and development activities as per their
requirements at working area. Furthermore, this research also includes specific aims and
objectives and on the basis of this systematic literature review is also undertake to gather detailed
