overcome the challenges which are facing by them and overcome their weak points in the
company which create negative impact on the performance of the employees.

Project management plan is the activity which conduct several activities that is used by
the company in order to make their plan of training and development in the company. Every task
and practices are oriented in order to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization. As
there are several activities that are required to perform by the company in order to achieve their
objective. In current scenario the project management plan is going to emphasize on several
activities which are mentioned below:
Cost: it can be described that the amount that are going to implement by the company in order to
achieve their outcomes in order to get more opportunity(Green, 2017). In this research the entire
cost is pound 45000. This is the total cost that is executed by the researcher in order to
accomplish the goals.
Scope: scope in the project management plan is used to describe about the area where the
particular research is operating. In context of Tesco organization it can be analyzed that the
organization scope is to research at the huge level in order to accomplish positive result.
Communication: effective communication is very required for the company and for the
investigator in order to get positive outcomes and accomplish the task in a very appropriate
manner. In the current report There are several kinds of tools and methods which are used by the
investigator in order to maintain effective communication in the report.
Time: in the current report the total time which are used by the investigator is about 5 month in
