the digital technology. Due to increase in efficiency of services, staff performance has also
improved. Also, it has led to increase in customer satisfaction and retention as well. Besides this,
internet has allowed hotel to develop own website. It has enabled customers to pre book rooms
according to their requirements. The data and information is also updated. This allows staff to
prepare rooms accordingly. Along with this, the use of different applications has increased
communication in between the staff. This has enhanced the overall hotel’s productivity. This has

another. Generally, there are two types of research design used. It is descriptive, coo-relational,

Research approach: It refers to the research plan in which step by step method is followed by
researcher to conduct research. Inductive and deductive are two kinds of approach. For present
study researcher will use inductive approach. It will help in developing aims, objectives and
research questions.
Research strategy - It is a plan that helps researcher to achieve aims and objectives of research.
Moreover, it helps in systematic conduction of research. Quantitative and qualitative are two
research strategy (Lientz and Rea, 2016) In this researcher will use quantitative strategy and
collecting data through questionnaire.
