overwhelming. The attributes all women leader make some more sing with the others such as
pressure handling, multitasking, open communication and so on. In viewpoint of the author, the
gender gap can be close with the help of women leadership. The gender pay gap is the gap
between the wages and opportunities which are provided to both men and women are different in
an organisation. This gap can be found in every organisation. In almost every organisation, the
men are offered more opportunities and position that is having high pain leadership. Women
leadership can fill this gap effectively. Along with this, different cultures and backgrounds play
an important role in promoting developments as diverse perspectives result in better decision
making and as a result, organisations with elevated rates of growth appear to outgrow others with
lower level of diversity. Being a woman as a leader in an organisation can bring skills and
perspectives with sense of awareness which helps them in finding what is happening in the
organisation (Lampi and Reynolds, 2018). According to the author, a workplace should have a
combination of both men and women as a leader which can lead to increasing their productivity,
growth, performance and many more. This combination of leadership can bring almost 20%
above average profitability of the organisation. In addition to this, many women in an
organisation faces hurdles while mentoring by a man as a leader. To overcome from this
problem, women leadership should be there in an organisation so that they can empower all the
women who are working with them. In the viewpoint of author, women in an organisation can
help in improving the process and also enhancing the work among the teams. Women have the

sensibilities which vary from those of men have extended to other area of the company such as
sustainable development and organisational ethics. Along with this, women that are in leadership
