Background of the study
Transformation at workplace design has to change and adopt to meet evolving the workplace
strategies and drive the organization growth. A workplace transformation is also rethinking
about the flexible workspaces to accommodate the various kinds of technology, workers and
work. While this also keep the need to accomplish the unstructured, highly collaborative and
complex. Along with this also required to need flexible workspaces that support the both

work balance, seamless technology and inspiring the workspaces. This might be also important
for knowing about how this could be required to seek the candidates from the broader
geographic area and creating the distributed and virtual workforces. This is also important for
the organization in knowing about their transformation through which they can easily come to
know about how usually they have to work and achieve the set objective and goals.

Rationale of the study
This have the main purpose for developing knowledge related to transformation at workplace
and ensure the organization for using some effective concepts. Moreover, how the organization
can make the changes for their employee through whom they can easily complete the goals and
objective towards the achievement of organization. This is also important for taking some right
and measure steps so that can keep the organization for working with digital and many other
using technology for having effective succession. Another main purpose, in order for keeping
competitive at the global economy, retains and attracts and continues for innovative at
workplace that must be adopted.

Research approach:
Research approach are the way in which the research is conducted therefore it involves the two
methods which are inductive and deductive. Inductive research approach define as the
qualitative approach in which data is analysed on the new theory method. Deductive research
design associated with the quantitative data in which the data is analysed from the existing
theory (Walsham, 2018). For this research study researcher will go with the inductive approach
as it gives the flexibility to the research analyst.
Research philosophy:
Research philosophy define the process of collecting the data being analysed for the good
research report for the final outcomes. This research philosophy involves the methods which are
interpritivism, positivism. Interpritivism research philosophy defines as the individual is the one
who shape the society. Positivism believes that the society shape the individual. In this research
study researcher will focus on the interpritivism as it gives the facts of the data which is
beneficial for conducting the research.
Data collection:
Data collection is the method to collect the data for which the researchers follow the methods to
collect the data. Data collection method involves the method which are primary and secondary
data collection. Primary data collection method involves the data from the questionnaire,
interviews open communication and the secondary data collection involves the data from the
books and journals or the data which is already existed (McGregor and et.al 2018). For this
research study researcher will do both primary and secondary research as both will use to

the research study research analyst will choose the random 50 employees to obtain the
information for collecting the information for the research study.

Data analysis is the method which is define to analyse the data. This process involves the
thematic and statistical data analysis methods. Thematic data analysis use the qualitative apprach
in which data is analysed through the data sets. Statistical data approach define as the
quantitation approach in which the data is in the form of the numbers, patterns in which if the
numbers are wrong than the whole research study will suffer (Park, Bahrudin and Han, 2020).
Therefore for this research study researcher will proceed to use the thematic data analysis as
statistic data analysis might mislead the analyst as it uses the numbers.
Ethical consideration
Ethical consideration is the most important for the researcher to conduct any research. It is
mandatory for the researcher to maintain the confidentiality of the participants. For this research
study researcher already provided the consent form to the participant which is showing the
willingness of the participants to take part in the research study. Also a list of references also
provided which shows that the research work is not copied it is self done by the research analyst
to complete the research.
