Management is considered one of the most important aspects of the hotel industry. With the help

of proper management, higher authorities of the hotels are able to ensure that all their different

departments are functioning in an appropriate manner. This report is formulated based on the

different issues existing in The Imperial Hotel in London. The Imperial Hotel is one of the

topmost hotels in London and it is expected to provide best customer service. However, this is

not the case. Various issues related to The Imperial Hotel have crept up in recent times. Despite

having some of the top management authorities, the hotel fails to execute their services in the

desired manner.

The report mainly focuses on the issues related to ineffective leadership and management in The

Imperial Hotel due to which the overall reputation of the hotel suffers in the end. It also lays

emphasis on the various reasons that are responsible for the poor management and ineffective

leadership in the hotel in the past. The previously employed managers and leaders were not
