Furthermore, this study is based on Imperial hotel. It is international branded chain of
hotels in the 4 star market that operates 25 hotels in the UK. Hotel is situated in heart of
London's West End which provides for global business and tourist guests who have expected
high standards of services. Hotel provides many facilities such as 500 bedrooms, conferences,
bars and restaurant, leisure centre with swimming pool. In the hotel, 450 staff which includes
300 full-time and part-time, outside contractors and 6 Heads of Departments. This report will
analysis the problems within organization. It will explain management theory for problem and
key resolution of these troubles in the business.

company needs to solution for problem of negative culture among staff with high levels of sick
level and poor attendance in the workplace. In addition to that, they are released that many issues
regrading this issues such as long working hours, part-time jobs staff are female and family
commitments, high turnover of supervisory staff etc. For solving this problem, they follow
different ways or techniques in the business.
