branded chain with 4 star hotel. Different types of facilities provided by the organisation to
capture value and attract several people easily. Furthermore, staff members also provide different
types of services to satisfy customers.
For gaining insight information of the present report, it covers problem that face by Imperial
hotel which is high staff turnover. There are 80% of staff leaving the organisation in this year.
Therefore, productivity reduced and cost increases for training and development in the selected
business. In this study, individual problem will be solved with determining appropriate solution
for it. Theory and concept also implemented that helps to deal appropriate findings. At last, it
includes findings from the analysis.
