1PERSONAL STATEMENT
I discovered my interest and enthusiasm for immunology when I was first exposed to
the modules that were a part of my biomedical science degree at the University of Greenwich.
My learnings and discoveries fuelled my interest to an extent where I chose to conduct my
final year project in the field of Immunology. My avid interest and enthusiasm towards this
area is precise and it was believe by me that the MSc program in Immunology at Imperial
College London is perfectly suited to my academic interest. This course would nurture my
interest and develop my knowledge of Immunology in an exponential manner.
Many aspects of my personality deem me fit to engage in this program. Firstly, my
work ethics propel me to work hard and achieve my goals. Moreover, my attention to detail
aids me to prevent mistakes while completing critical assignments. Due to some notable
characteristics of mine, which was, showcase by me, my job in McDonalds is to handle
various customer related issues effectively and proactively while working under pressure.
Due to my exceptional performance, they promote to the managerial level in just a short time
duration of three months. My skillset will also aid me to excel at all of the activities at the
University. Thus, I believe that my exuberance regarding this subject will motivate me to
perform at my optimum level in the MSc program.
Furthermore, the skills that I have developed during my studies at the University of
Greenwich would also aid me to excel in the MSc program. My research skills in the field of
immunology would extensively aid me to bring about significant changes in this area. The
areas that is most interesting as well as research is conduct by me are immune
disorders, infections and molecular immunology. Being able to focus my attention on
these topics, through extensive research, would enable the inner academician in me to
flourish. Additionally, being capable of utilizing the newest immunological techniques in
order to work for the betterment of humanity is a concept that motivates me immensely.

rather it will assist me to bring about a change in the lives of those who are in need.
