INTRODUCTION
Diversity Policy can be defined as written agreement which is formed within the entity for
the purpose of removing the concept of discrimination against any of the person. In present
scenario, any of the entity can only perform better if they have effective diversity policy. The
report is based on Bounce Fitness which is one of Australian Company which works for the
fitness of people who join the gym.

How will you promote the new diversity policy across Bounce Fitness?
It is said that Fitness entity are those organizations where people of different age group,
culture, color and many more connects with the organization. Looking at this, Bounce Fitness
must introduce some of the policy within the organization so that everyone can be treated
equally. Some of the basic guidelines which can be included in Bounce Fitness is explained
below:
In current scenario, ratio of female is increasing due to which it is necessary to ensure
that any of the people will not try to discriminate them on the basis of gender.
Number of people who have excessive weight and they must be given equal opportunity
and no one should create fun of them (Tandé, 2017).
In order to promote this guidelines, Bounce Fitness make each and every people can prepare
the contract paper where above mentioned condition and some of the other condition as well will
be included.

discrimination. Then, there is also be impact on number of people connect with gym. In this
members can check that how many of them have joined gym once they have started to promote

them to find whether new policies are effective or not for the business entity.

It is necessary to ensure that whenever any of the plans and policies are formed they must be
monitored and overviewed so that it can be identified that whether policies have been
implemented effectively or not. Here, it will be seen that how staff is treating each other and the
other members who are connect with gym (Lindsay, Shah and Kyriazopoulou, 2016). It will be
important to monitor that in which category they focus the most because that will give idea that
whether policies are effective in nature or not and if not what can be done in this respective
situation.

From the above discussion, it can be said that diversity policies are important in current
scenario because of the diversified culture. Any of the policy which are formed must be
overviewed and monitored for effective result.
