AI Summary
This project assesses the student's ability to implement and monitor work health and safety (WHS) practices, specifically focusing on the unit SITXWHS003. The assessment requires the creation of implementation plans for three scenarios: evacuation of staff and customers, security management, and handling hazardous substances. For each instance, the student must outline legal requirements, consultation processes, risk assessments, and the necessary documentation. The project involves referencing relevant legislation, developing consultation strategies, and completing templates for risk assessment, evacuation plans, and other required documents. The student needs to demonstrate an understanding of WHS regulations, including those from SafeWorkAustralia and WorkSafe Victoria, and apply them to practical workplace situations. The project also includes the identification of training needs and evaluation of WHS processes. Overall, the project evaluates the student's capability to plan, implement, and monitor WHS systems effectively within a workplace context.
