2SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Introduction
CCP club or Coast to Country Parks is an Australian company provides caravan parks
to its members for building the loyalty with them and providing them with common service.
This report aims to discuss about a system implementation plan over the mentioned company
to make the company fit for the race with the other competitors.
Description of Implementation
The implementation that is to be done in CCP for better operations requires to have
efficient communication, easy file and resource sharing being cost efficient and easy to use.
The whole implementation should be able to make CCP have a better form of operations that
would attract more customers.
Major Tasks
VoIP system implementation
VoIP system also known as Voice over Internet Protocol system needs to be
implemented throughout the head offices of CCP and the caravan parks that are designated by
CCP for the customers (Rohloff, Cousins & Sumorok 2017). This would enhance the
communication between the head offices and the authorities of the caravan parks.
Installation of networked devices
With the installation of VoIP, the installation of networked devices is also important
so as to make the sharing and availability of the files and information easy. Easier access to
the files and information is always easy being in the same network. Hence it would let the
officials access to the files necessary for the operation without waiting for anyone to provide
the files to the operator (Rains, Ramer & Rogers 2017).

3SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Upgrading of Hardware and Software
All of the existing devices have to reconfigured to be compatible and connected with
the network on which the CCP will work on. Alongside new technological installation would
require a supporting operating system and till date for such functionality, Windows 10 would
be appropriate to be installed.
Upgrading the database software needs to be done so that full access to the database
could be achieved during the operation. By full access, it will be desired to have fast access to
data and instant editing of the data so that any changes in the details of the customer such as
personal information, booking details, booking modifications could be done without any
limitations which will affect the customer and company reputation.
Importance of the Third-party Provider
A third-party will provide both the head offices of the company as well as the caravan
parks with the modifications in their standard modules which will result into another form of
upgrading of the software (Domingues, Reis & Macário 2015).
Startup and Cutover
As this is a whole new technology to be implemented so the implementation could be
termed as a startup for the organisation. The merits and demerits of the system should be
analysed and preventive measures against any possible threats should be implemented before
the installation (Nguyen et al. 2015). Confidence should be there for the installation to work
better among the workers and the professionals.

Training and Documentation
The IT professionals those are to be hired will be the best to train the existing workers
to work on the new system. They will be the one who would be directly associated with the
installation.
Implementation Schedule
The hiring process needs to be done in the beginning of the implementation schedule.
Thereafter the concept of new technology will be decided, suitable trainers will be allocated,
and the installation will be done after the hardware and software requirements are met.
