Explain how you might implement your SPP in each of four settings (health care,
community, school, and workplace).
Health Care Setting: Health care setting includes terminologies that ensures the fact
that processing of health management will be done in a proper way, leading to the fact that
patients that are diagnosed with diseases gets proper treatment. This process incurs
processing of nursing and maintenance of hospital management.
Community Setting: Community setting includes the fact that processing of
neighboring areas. Building of complexes will be ensured with processing of the maintenance
of neighboring complex and the building of same is a required terminologies in the projection
of community setting.
School Setting: In school setting basic propaganda deals with processing of the school
infrastructures and functioning of schooling framework leading to the fact that proper
guidance to students who visit organization provide is efficient in nature. This includes the
fact that strategic functioning of the framework of the schools are well maintained.
Workplace setting: Work place schedule includes processing of methods that are
included in building the work place for employees of this organization leading to the fact that
constructions of buildings will take into consideration the fact that employees function
efficiently. The functioning of employees ensures the fact that business organization expand
leading to efficient functioning of data management of this organization.

In case of health care setting, participant that must be given higher priorities is the
target population as the major duty of the health care setting is to ensure that population that

is diagnosed with some particular disease are cured. Hence strategic demand of health care
setting is the target population rather than stakeholders. This ensures the fact that healthcare
setting is not meant for business making.
In case of community setting, processing includes intrusion of stakeholders. This is
due to the fact that proficiency of business modelling is required in processing of the
communication among the neighbors and complex building leading to the fact that processing
of data will be very professional on nature and the stakeholders will play a very important
role in the execution of the process.
In case of school setting the concerned participants are termed as target population.
This is due to the fact that school setting deals with education of individuals who want to get
educated and the entire process is completed with the help of students visiting schools and
other educational organizations. This helps in processing of school setting to be specifically
targeted to a specific set of people who want to get educated and other stakeholders do not
have equivalent importance the processing of the project management
Workplace setting is completely dependent on functioning regarding selection of
participants in form of stakeholders. Workplace setting do not take into consideration the
inclusion of targeted audience and this causes inclusion of stake holders to be very important.
This is due to the fact that operation of workplace is managed for efficient functioning of the
stakeholders.

According to me healthcare setting is more appropriate for my SPP. As my project
includes processing of public health program, inclusion of dispensation of health care setting
will be beneficial for functioning of the process. This is due to the fact that inclusion of this
particular setting help in processing of public health care projection. This health care setting

will help in completion of the program that is to be completed with utmost urgency. This is
the major reason that took into consideration the fact that usage of health care setting must be
used. Health care setting constitutes the fact that processing will be having functions for
dealing with nurses and procedures that will include handling of health care checking and
processing of organizations that will deal with health related issues of peoples.
Describe the steps that you might use to implement your program in your selected
setting.
Steps that I will take to set up the program efficiently are as follows: -
 Locate the place of the program
 Appoint project managers to initiate the project
 The risks that might approach during the processing of the project is calculated
 Risk mitigation processes will be developed
 Hiring of appropriate employees will be done
 Training will be provided before initiation of the project
 Processing of the project
Explain why your implementation plan will achieve the intended outcomes for your
target population.
My plan must be implemented as it frames the structuring of the project management
in an efficient way as this project will be managed by project managers, leading to the fact
that the project managers will take into consideration hindrances that will be coming during
the initiation of the project. This is also the main reason that hiring of the project managers
increases efficiency of the project and due to this fact proper estimation of the required
resources will be done too, which will help in decreasing the cost of the entire project and

increase the efficiency instead. The fact that training of employees are a significant part of the
project, it increases efficiency of the employees who are active in this project. Hiring of
employees are also done after giving proper tests and surpassing the requirements of the test
ensures eligibility of the employee. This helps in employing correct employees who will be
efficient enough for processing of the entire project. These are the major reasons my plan
must be implemented for processing the project.
