facing issues in order to

1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
The project is focused on completing the understanding the CSR
activities to meet sustainable objectives.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?
Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
The aim that was set is achieved. In order to complete it, there
are respondents selected from the firm as they have proper
understanding and knowledge for the same.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and
project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
The management plan and listing out the activities for completing
the project went on well. Initially I was not able to understand the
topic but with improvement in research skills I was able to
understand it and to conduct it effectively.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they
tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution
during the project process?
I was facing issues in collecting the data from respondents but when I
explained them about the main reason for conducting the research,
then they supported me for the same. Deadlines were set and so the
risk were properly evaluated.
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?
From the project I got to known that CRS activities are highly
important in developing positive perception within the mind of
customers and it also encourages employees work with their full
efficiency.
6. How would you rate your performance as a management
consultant leading the project?
Out of 10 will give myself 7 as a management consultant leading
the project.
7. What strengths and weakness of your performance did you
identify?
I have effective time management skills as I was able to complete
all the activities within speculated time. One of the weakness of

me is lack of research skills as faced issues in searching
appropriate topic.
8. How will this inform and support your continuous professional
development?
As continuous professional development I will be able to perform
all the activities in effective manner and the total time that was
taken by me will get reduced as my research skills have
improved.
