INTRODUCTION
ISO 26000, is considered as concept that allows to have promotion of social
responsibility. With an analysis of such standards the organisations can have application of better
values in order to advance the practice.
COMMUNICATION PIECE

Dear Team,
ISO 26000, is considered as international standard which helps in promotion of social
responsibility. Management is looking forward to have implementation of adequate social
responsibility standards using clause 5, 6 and 7 of ISO 26000. It is necessary for each member
within organisation to refer standards. Clause 5 is all about having a proper recognition of social
responsibilities with effective coordination among management and stakeholders. It means every
employee of Walmart need to focus on activities that able to improve its relationship with
stakeholders. Proper information regarding vision and values need to be shared with employees,
investor, etc (Weidtmann, 2016). Internal discussions must be promoted in effective manner to
meet the standards of clause 5.
In addition, clause 6 is refers to guidance on social responsibility core subjects. In this,
management will focus on explanation and creating awareness about core subjects. We as a
Walmart team need to understand issues related to social responsibility for sustainable
development (Moratis and Cochius, 2017). Discussions regarding social responsibility will be
arranged among management and employees to understand key values. Expert’s involvement
will also be taken into account through training programs for better reflection of relationship to
social responsibilities. Environmental regulations knowledge will provide short term effect and
helps in promotion of principles (Yip, 2016).
Moreover, for better application of ISO 26000 standards, our team will also provide
knowledge to members regarding integrating social responsibility throughout the organisation. It
means clause 7 is all about putting social responsibility into practice. For better standards out
quality team will have regular communication in regard to social responsibility. Regular base
review and monitoring process will also be advanced so that issues can be resolved (Tuppura,
2015). Compliance with new rules will be witnessed and ensure that every employee is

At last, we request all the members and authorities to have integrated participation in
implementation of ISO 26000.

Dear Members,
We are very happy to express that our team is looking forward to improve standards of
social responsibility. Although, we would also like to express thank for your extreme support in
our organisation practice. In order to improve the quality and social responsibility we will be
implementing ISO, 26000 standards in our practice. Clause 5, 6 and 7 will be our key standards
which will allow us to increase staff productivity. In this respect, different guidance and training
programs are going to be organised so that performance can be advanced.
Along with this, creating awareness regarding environmental values is our key motive so
that Walmart team can have better control over use of raw materials, energy and supplies.
Integration in respect to quality standards also need to be boosted for meeting standards of clause
6. In this, respect, research and surveys will be conducted with an effective participation of
customers. Assistance with external legal experts is also our key motive which will help in better
compliance of rules (Moratis, 2016). By reducing the cost of labour and inputs, company will be
able to remain profitable. It means better taxes can be paid to government for effective
consideration of social responsibility. Compilation with environmental policies is also taken into
account so that code of practice can provide sustainable strategies. Short term and long term
operations of Walmart will be advanced which might also create an employment opportunities.
Moreover, human rights, environment, labour promotion, operating practice are also key
guidance which need to be concerned by members (Demir, 2017).
Application of ISO, 26000 will assist Walmart team to address issues faced by investors,
government and customers. It will allow to improve culture of corporate responsible behaviour in
organization. Quality team is going to ensure about the credibility of activities regarding social
responsibility. It is one of key principle of clause 7 and allows to have evaluation of voluntary
initiatives. Investment in various government projects and social development is also a major
concern of organisation in which local citizens will be invited to meet standards (Hahn, 2016).
