PART - A
Aim: The aim of current investigation is to determine different ways of implementing talent
management within an organisation.
Objectives:
ď‚· To understand the concept of talent management.
ď‚· To assess ways of implementing effective talent management.
ď‚· To identify various talent strategies.
ď‚· To produce recommendations to have effective talent management.
Talent management is the process which is important for the management department of the
organization to attract, onboard, develop and motivate while retaining high performing
employees of the organization. The focus of such process is to have improvement in business
performance with the help of practices which makes the workers more productive. This business
project is focused on having an effective talent management for an organisation working as a
goods and transport service provider. This project took 12 weeks to be completed. Gantt chart is
useful tool for planning and scheduling of the projects and helps in determining the resource
required as well as the time frame of the project.
According to Whysall, Owtram and Brittain, 2019 talent management is having a
growing need in the current business market. This process allows the employees to have best
experience within their work space and also helps the company to retain the best talents present
in the organisation. Pandita and Ray, 2018 defined different ways to implement talent
management within the organisation including identifying the goals and objectives of the
company. It is important to put focus on the potential drivers and challenges faced within the
company. Anlesinya and Amponsah-Tawiah, 2020 expressed different talent strategies such as
making use of certain training tolls for employees. Collings, Mellahi and Cascio, 2019
contradicted and said tracking and measuring performance of each employee is a better strategy
to identify talents present in the company.

PART - B
Research Methodology
Research type: The type of research can be distinguished on the basis of qualitative and
quantitative research. Qualitative research is the process of collecting the data with the help of
conventional methods. The responses obtained from such processes are not numeric. This type of
research is helpful in understanding the view points of people in the real life context and in a
particular way (Snyder, 2019). Quantitative research type is dependent on the numbers and
showed in measurable forms. Such type of research follows a systematic way in investigating the
data and answering the questions which will have a justified reasons. It can be measured to
predict the outcomes of the project. Qualitative research type has been used in this project
because it is easy to understand the key points of the topic and producing content. It helps in
providing insights of specific industry.
Research approach: Approach for the research is of two types, inductive and deductive. In the
inductive research an observation is done and patterns are created based on that. After this a
tentative hypothesis is produced which is used to create a theory (Mohajan, 2018). Deductive
approach is about consideration an already established theory and determining hypothesis from
it. The observation are made which are used to confirm the selected theory. Research has used

the approach for inductive research as it helps in creating a new theoretical framework and is
best suited for qualitative research.
Research philosophy: Interpretivism research is aimed to gain an in depth insight in the real life
situations and helps in gaining empathetic understanding of the given responses. This research is
based on the understanding of human actions which are important to attain the knowledge about
the chosen topic. This research is used to group some diverse form of approaches which includes
having social constructivism. Positivism is about considering the statistics for obtaining good
reliability in the project. It stresses on conducting quantitative research to uncover the social
trends and patterns rather than focusing on individuals. Interpretivism is used in this research as
it helps in qualitative methods and having close interactions with the respondents.
Data collection: There are two types of data known as primary research data and secondary
research data. Primary data helps in gathering first hand data and is real time data. Primary data
collection requires being very involved and is a bit long process which is focused to be specific
to the needs and demands of the researcher (Arifin, 2018). Secondary data is the process of
collecting the data which is already been collected and studied by someone else. Such data is
extracted from different types of data files. It is the past data and is quick to easy to access. Such
data may or maybe specific to the needs of the project and relatively less accurate. This research
has been conducted by collecting the primary data as it provides full range of information.
Sampling: It is the process of selecting the individuals from a given population. It is helpful in
estimating the characteristics of whole population. Probabilistic sampling is when each member
from the targetted population is included within the process of sampling. It involves random
sampling methods which allows in making strong statistical outcomes about the whole
population. No probabilistic sampling is when samples are selected on basis of non- random
criteria where every member of population is not included. Simple random sampling has been
used for this project as it provides equal change of being selected. The sampling is done on 30
number of employees from the organisation.
Data analysis: Thematic data analysis is the process of analysing the qualitative data which is
showed in the form of texts such as interviews and responses from surveys conducted. With the
help of thematic data analysis process, it examines the data and determining different themes
such as some ideas and patters which are coming up on repeated basis (Fiesler, 2019). Another
method is by using a software and obtaining outcomes from statistical numbers. Thematic

analysis has been used as it provides the information about unknowns and is good approach for
determining the patterns present across the qualitative data.
Reliability and validity: This project is done in reliable ways which includes having a
consistency for measuring the repeated outcomes. Taking reliable measures has helped the
research having less chances of error. For ensuring the reliability and validity of the project, the
information is gathered from the latest articles and there has been no alterations done. Along
with this, the aim of the project is considered while searching for the articles and also by taking
into account the copyright protected sources which presents the reliability aspects for the project.
Research limitation: The limitations of the research are based on the elements which are
included while designing and determining the impact of the research and findings. The limitation
of this research is the time constraint due to which the project was completed in shorter period of
time. Another limitation was that this research did not quantitative method and was done in
qualitative which is helped in gathering real life information. These limitations did not affect the
outcomes generated from the project.
Ethical consideration: This is the most specified part in the project. The ethical consideration
while doing this project was that the consent forms were filled from all the participants and no
survey is done without their consent or forcible actions. No personal information gathered was
shared to public knowledge. The privacy of respondents was maintained. All the respondents
were treated with respect. A reference list is added at the end which shows that work is not
copied but is references from these respected sources.

Conclusion
Talent management is the process which is used business organization to retain and
develop more talented employees. It is very important in attracting great talents to work for the
company which leads to improving the business. This is growing needs within business market
and allows employees of the company to have best experience while working. There are different
ways of implementing talent management within organization. These include tracking and
measuring the performance of the employees in order to identify the talent. It is important for the
company to aim on the potential drivers and resolve the challenges faced with the help of proper
talent management. This project is conducted with the qualitative research type as it helps in
predicting the outcomes and is an easy approach to be followed. Qualitative helps in
understanding the insight points regarding the topic. It helps in generating the content for the
project. The approach for this project used is inductive as it produces best results with the
qualitative research. It helps in allowing flexibility and provides a close context which supports
the formation of new theory. Interpretivism is the best approach as it allows interpreting the data
which is collected from real life experiences. Data is collected from the primary sources which
includes interviews or surveys and so on. Primary data helps in providing authenticity with a
specific nature and up to date information. This data is very reliable as it is collected from the
original sources. The method of analysing the data is thematic rather than the static approach.
This project is done while overcoming all the research limitations and considering the ethical
factors.
Findings
It can be seen that the employees believe that the ways from which organizations can
improve in order to attract the talents is from providing more flexibility. Moreover, the use of
social media is beneficial for the organization in terms of talent management. There are
numerous ways by which the human resource department of the company can help in keeping
the talent of the individuals within the organization. Some of these ways are are providing on
going education which will help the employee to improve their knowledge while working for the
company. Its is important for the organisation to have some initiations for talent management is
better that the company must identify the talent depending on the results of each employee.

Recommendations
If company want to attract talented workforce within the organization then they should
start investing in employer branding initiatives. Creating attractive employer branding content
and sharing such content on various social media channels like Facebook, Instagram etc will help
company in getting talented workforce (McDonnell and et.al., 2017). Offer career development
to the employees. Employees are interested in order to improve themselves so that is why
company should provide guidance in regards of career to the employees and should also provide
them training and development so that employees can build new skills. Lack of career
development can results in high employee turnover. Organisation must identify its short term and
long term goals before hiring any candidate. This process will help company to appoint right
employee for the right position. Company should make sure that before hiring workforce they
should not only sees their talent but should also consider hos or her hunger for learning and
improvement. As learning is the continuous process so even talented employees requires
learning. Say no to negative work behaviour. There are some employees who have negative
behaviour and develop negative environment in the organisation. No matter how much the
employee is talented but if they are spreading negativity in the company then they are not worth
for the company. It is necessary that company should create healthy working environment.
Positive working environment will help company retain talent workforce within organisation.
This will also help company in getting loyal workforce. Continuously motivate employees in
order to increase their productivity.

Description
For this report, first I was thinking about how I will make and how should I will
communicate with various people about the report. While this also help me for knowing about
various organization theme and how they are usually deal with their situation (Qamar,
Arunachalam and Qamar, 2021). I was also thinking about various things through which I am
unable to completed and that could create more huddles in future reports.

time of taking interviews from the organization. I was also thinking about whether they will give
response about work or not and how should be more easier for me. Looking back, I'm feeling
satisfied that what work have been decided.

I have taken the good experience about my work while at time of taking interview. While
bad experience was about that I have not divided the work and keep other team member for
working with me (Smith, 2021). The things got well was about that all employees in organization
have coordinated my work and given their proper response.
Analysis
I have analysed about that I need to keep more focus towards developing various things
which are lacking behind and make the problem while at time of interview. I also think about
that all the structured must be planned and were writing more about those led for having sections
about various things.
Conclusion
I have learned various things such as how to manage the work and how to communicate
with people (Opiniano, Daquipil and Romarate, 2021). As employee has given their support for
my work and I have also acquired for following those rules which are required to keep with me
while at time of having many thing and make sure for having the better division about the work
before starting any work.

I have planned about for developing various skills which are to be required for having the
proper communication, team working, decision making and problem solving about those things
which are must be important for me in future aspects.
