Research process- 350
Research outline:
The research would be done in secondary qualitative method. The first thing the
researcher would do is to decide the timeline for the study and data collection. In order to
understand the present condition of the gender diversities in the workplace, the researcher
need to go through various company examples and the surveys done in the academic articles.
Then the data would be collected and analysed in order to get the final results.
Literature review:
The data on the company accounts and the researches done on the gender diversity
need to be considered for the literature review part. Secondary data is the main resource for
this study. The resources would have the keywords like gender diversity, female employees,
cultural implications, marketing insights, organisational innovation.
Data collection:
Data collection would be done in the secondary method. The academic
resources would be used for the study.
This will help in this study as the researcher will be able to use the survey
results and information already put in the academic papers (Mullarkey &
Hevner, 2019).

The key questions for investigation would be the factors that are influenced by
gender diversity
Other than that the researcher will focus on issues that are faced in the
organisational background because of gender diversity.
Data analysis: data analysis would be done in qualitative method using
exploratory approach. The secondary data collected from the company documents
and academic research papers would be analysed and assessed (Quinlan et al.,
2019).
Research Implication:
This research would be instrumental for all the organisations who are interested in
inclusive work culture. The diverse work culture is considered to be a positive
work place. This research would address all the concern of big or small firms
regarding the gender diversity and its effective management.
Potential Ethical Implications
Secondary researches are often considered to have less reliability. There are lack of
information in some of the researcher regarding the research topic of this study. The
researcher have to do extensive study in order to gather the information properly. The
authenticity of the papers need to be judged properly. Peer reviewed journals would be used
particularly so that the reliability factors increases (Walliman, 2017). There could be
problems of transparency of the data as the research has been done by other scholars. To
examine the right type of information is the main challenge for the researcher. Again, the
researcher would cite all the resources used in the study in proper way.
