discuss my personal experience of not taking breakfast. The importance of eating breakfast and
cons of not eating breakfast are discussed. The causes and effects of having breakfast are the
main consideration of this paper.

Experience
From my personal experience, I can say that it is very important to eat the breakfast in the
morning on a regular basis. One day I was in hurry, and I skipped the breakfast and rest of the
day I felt low energy, acidotic, not able to do work on the job, cannot concentrate and ate dinner
in large quantity which is very harmful to the health as it is advisable that eat more in breakfast
and less in dinner. In the next day when I ate healthy breakfast and properly then I felt more
energetic, able to do more concentration on the job.
Causes and effects of eating breakfast
The main cause of not eating breakfast or skipped the healthy breakfast and the effects of eating
breakfast are, one can do better concentration, feel more energy, it is the joyful way of waking
up, better health and healthier digestive system and skin. (Kutsuma A. et al., 2014)
Conclusion
From my personal experience, it is very much important to eat the healthy breakfast for better
health, more energy throughout the day, feel filled through the day and eat less during the day
and better concentration on the work.
