INTRODUCTION
Effective business communication is the sharing procedure including two or more business
and organization sending message that is easily understood by others. In simple words, effective
business communication usually contribute to firm' success (Alsaawi, 2015). Business
communication is the information sharing among individuals within as well as outside an company
that is working for commercial benefits of business. Business communication includes constant
flow of important information, feedback is important part of effective business communication. The
current presentation is based on developing paragraph writing skills which is essential for graduate
recruits in management field. Written, verbal and non verbal communication skills is very important
for conducting effective business communication , it allows people to communicate their message
to others. It explain the importance of developing writing as well as oral communication skills for
graduate recruit in field of management and also clarifies issues and challenges faced by them while
writing business letter. Furthermore, it justifies suggestions for developing written and verbal
communication skills.

I). Written communication refer to the procedure of conveying any message or information through
written words and symbols. Paragraph writing skills is a part of written communication skill that
allow an individual to make good impressions on people, it is significant part of effective

spelling mistake. Writing skills is the form of communication and interaction that permit people to
put their ideas and thoughts on paper, to manage their beliefs and knowledge into convincing
arguments.
b. Writing skills help people to communicate complex ideas in effective manner. When an
individual is capable to manage their thoughts and present them in way that is well understood, it is
beneficial for person or reader.

effective way. Developing verbal communication skills is very important, it implies communication

lack of planning, person will not be able to develop their skills and conduct good business
communication (Bertsch, 2016).
b. Not understanding communication needs-
Before developing written, verbal and non verbal communication skills, an individual need
to understand firstly the need of communication and its importance in business. Without
understanding the needs of communication, person will not be able to convey specific information

maintain business successfully and help to build strong relationships. It is very important in filed of
management to have good verbal communication skills, because it help to provide clarity of words
and thoughts.
b. During training and meeting sessions, excellent verbal communication present clear ideas and
answer each and every questions.
II. Most of the employers look this skill in recruiting business school graduates. Employers asked to
determine among five broad abilities sets which they consider to be the most significant when
selecting for specific position in business verbal communication skills came out on top, followed in
order by leadership skills, technical, teamwork and managerial skills.
