For many individuals, Information and Communication technologies (ICT) are becoming
an essential component of daily life. It improves its significance in life of individuals and this
pattern is anticipated to keep going to the degree that ICT education becomes a practical
requirement for job, personal and social livelihoods of individuals (Graham and Dutton, 2019).
Numerous offers from telecommunications businesses and smartphones make it much
affordable than it is in earlier days. ICT saves a tremendous cash on company air travel and
accommodating for company. There was really no way of sending free email to a phone just a
few years ago, but now individuals are using social media network for free connectivity, for e.g.
Viber, Snapchat, Whatsapp. As individuals could go buying stuff from home via internet
shopping, save spending on petrol as well as time.
According to Graham, 2019 “ICT's greatest impact is the development of fresh and
different IT employment. Software engineers, web developers, etc. have excellent job
possibilities generated by technological development.”
Speed, money and time could be saved as sending / sharing data are much faster.

friends and relatives. ICT is broadening communications ease of access. Social networking sites

calls. Texts can be sent over ranges to countless individuals / corporations. Life have been most
positively impacted by ICT helping to bring communities together throughout the globe
