INTRODUCTION
I. ATTENTION GETTER: Do you know that breakfast kicks starts an
individual's metabolism which helps in burning out calories throughout the
day (Breakfast, 2018). Along with this, it also provides energy which is
required to do things done and helps to focus at work or at school.
II. REVEAL YOUR TOPIC: “Today I have the opportunity to talk to you about
the importance of having breakfast on regular basis that will help in improving
our health and will also keep our mind fresh and well.
III. MOTIVATE THE AUDIENCE TO LISTEN: I know that it might be possible
that some of you may not believe on me, what I am discussing about as
currently may or may not be possible to influence because you may think that
I am a student and it is not possible for me to gather such information and in a
relevant way. But trust me, by working a lot upon it, it has become possible
for me to put this information in front of you.
IV. CREDIBILITY STATEMENT: I am only a student and it is not possible for
me to carry such information but trust me, I have done a lot of research in
order to keep the information in front of all of you guys.

TRANSITION: So at the first lets start with the concept of importance breakfast, which is
the most essential meal in the day
BODY
I. Every human being needs food to be alive and the first eating time is in the
morning itself which is Breakfast.
A. As provided above, breakfast is very important meal for the day that
could make and destroy your day.
1. It is important to do breakfast in the morning as with the help
of this it will be possible for an individual to make his/her
focus on the work or at the time of working at school as well.

2. It is also important to do breakfast because it also helps in
making an individual to feel good and happy and good health
such as better memory and concentration, lower chances of
getting diabetes and many more (Breakfast: Is It the Most
Important Meal?, 2019). So along with this, there are many
other reasons also due to which it has been said that it is
important to do breakfast in the morning.

B. Only light, fresh and healthy diets is to be included in the Breakfast.
1. In early morning, it is good to eat light food so that it could
be digested easily and does not impact negatively on the
working of an individual's body.
2. The diets which included in light weight are eggs, greek
yogurt, coffee, curd, tea, oatmeal, chia seeds and many more
which will make the morning good, fresh and healthy
everyday.
TRANSITION: Now, the discussion is related to the negative impacts of not doing
breakfast on regular basis.
II. Along with the benefits of doing breakfast, there are also some other negative
points as well which could impact negatively on the health and well being
of an individual.
A. Skipping breakfast could provide an individuals with many negative
points which are provided as under:
1. It will not prove to be right to skip the morning meal because
in case it is skipped than it will impact negatively on the
health and well being of those individuals such as bad impact
of fasting and rhythm of eating.
2. Along with this, another impact of skipping breakfast is
related to bad working of muscles and brain and breakfast
helps in improving the working of muscles and brain in an
effective way.
B. It also impacts upon body working and health of an individual in
negative way.
1. The impact is related to feeling pain in body and feeling
tired because an individual has not eaten because the
body did not received the fuel which it needs from the
food as well (The Science Behind Breakfast, 2019).
2. According to Jessica Brown, 2018, there are also some
vitamins and nutrients which are important for the working
of an individual but due to avoiding breakfast it is also not
possible to cover up it as well.
