Equality in workplace is essential part of business growth and assure people that they are
getting equal opportunities. Diversity and equality mean a lot in work area, it shows staff respect
by authorities or companies. The present is base on Equality in workplace and its importance in
success of enterprises. It clarifies the literature review on Equality in workplace and its
importance in growth and success of any business or organizations. The focus of this report is to
justify literature on Equality in workplace in order to understand its importance and complexity
of applying it in organizations.

Meaning of LR

subject and that helps to understand where research fits into and adds to present structure of
agreed knowledge. LR is scholarly document which includes the present knowledge in

Making LR is also a part of post graduate and graduate work of students, including in
preparation of dissertation, thesis and journal articles. It is common in prospectus and research
