traditional teaching methods with the modern approach. In the current scenario, the teaching
platform is transformed from teaching-centred approach to student centred approach. “The
quality of teaching can be improved by performing substantial research in aligning teaching
methods with the requirement of the customers” (Sink, 2013). The efficiency of transforming
the knowledge depends on the teaching methods used for the distribution of knowledge. The
professional behaviour of the student helps in developing the motivational spirit among the
students to improve their academic performance. The purpose of the interactive forum is to
provide the environment of role playing, discussion, dramatization, brainstorming, and
others. The conditions should be given preference to make the choice of action which helps in
gaining competitive advantage and increased the efficiency of competency among students.
The performance of the student of university of West London is declining due to the use of
traditional way of teaching. The modern world requires the interactive use of teaching
material which makes the student compatible with the changing world and remains ahead of
their competitors in every field. The use of interactive techniques provides the practical
knowledge to the students which help in sharpening their inner talent and helps in linking the
theoretical knowledge with its practical application in the real world. The use of social media
platform builds the forum for open discussion and debate on the research topic which results

understanding. The student learning capability can be improved by developing the effective

The ineffective teaching method can have a negative impact on the academic performance of
the university student. “There is a difference in the thinking of learning and studying between

teachers and student” (Li, 2015). The strategic challenges are to develop an interaction
between student and teacher. The learning capability and behaviour of the student are getting
affected by the number of students at the university campus, acceleration of vocabulary
programs and creativity programs. The techniques should be evolved to sharpen the
memorising power of the student.

On analysing the student perspective view:
With the analysis of historical records we have seen that, the student works in the direction to
achieve minimum marks. The students are looking forward to gain knowledge associated
with the student learning programmes and curriculum. They did not give any attention to the
non-academic priorities. The management of the workload results in insufficient allocated
time to carry over the activities. The misunderstanding can occur in knowing the factual
requirement of associated activities. The student is demanding for developing the meaningful
background of the topic. The well-structured knowledge helps in developing the higher
conceptual level. The presentation of the problem helps in the exploration of the knowledge.
The misconception of the students can be eradicated by presenting them the fruitful
