This report presents the development of a project management artefact aimed at improving project management, leadership, and organizational structure. It leverages various project management tools and techniques, including Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and work breakdown structures, alongside management methodologies such as the waterfall model, agile methodology, and lean project management. Different leadership styles, including laissez-faire, democratic, and autocratic, are considered. Interviews with experienced project managers inform the selection of optimal tools, techniques, and leadership styles, addressing challenges such as natural disasters, change management, and organizational structure. The resulting process model integrates project management factors to enhance information management and project success.
