In the highly volatile business environment, the organizations are putting stress on
improving the business process continuously in order to attain success. Continuous improvement
of system and process comprises of improving the products, services and process and thus cope
up with the intense competition in the market (Herlina et al. 2019). Relevant information
regarding the continuous improvement of system and process will be covered in the paper.
Significance of establishing formal system and process:
The internal system and process play a major role in improving the organizational
productivity. Thus, it is imperative to establish a formal system which cam help in improving the
organizational culture which is very much needed to generate a positive vive among the
employees (Gandhi and Acharya 2019). Formal system and process incorporate open line of
communication which is the key of improving the degree of engagement of the employees which
is very much needed to keep them aligned with that of the organizational goals and objectives.
Building formal system and process can help in lowering the rate of employee turnover which is
the fundamental factor of amplifying organizational productivity.

Ways of using Plan-do-check-act (PCDA) cycle:
PCDA is one of the major frameworks in order to solve the critical business related issues

to solve any kind of business related issues. There lies the significance of barnstorming as it
supports in integrating creative thinking in the business process. As the employees are the key
asset in an organization, it is imperative to practice barnstorming with the staffs. It is important
to conduct the barnstorming session with the staffs by informing them about the goal (O'brien
2019). Conduction of meeting session is very much needed in this context. It is important to
encourage the staffs to any business related ideas. A free flow of ideas among the staffs must be
ensured.
Relation between continuous improvement and knowledge management:
Continuous improvement is one of the most significant aspects of knowledge
