BACKGROUND OF THE ISSUE
Disability refers to a condition where an individual is not able to
perform a task in the normal way due to a health challenge. In other
words, a disability limits one's activities, movement, and senses. A
disability can be physical or mental. An example of a disability is
blindness and deafness situation. A group of people who are deaf or
blind has difficulty in accessing many places. One can either be deaf or
deaf-blinded. When such an individual wants to access a place they find
it difficult or they are very much challenged. In case the place they
intend to access lacks the right facilities which will support them then
there are high chances that this can result in accidents

The fact accidents can happen provides evidence that this is a group of
people who are in dire need of support especially at the airports and
any other similar places. When the right facilities are put in place then
there are high chances that their ability to access such places will be
improved, they will be able to avoid time wastage especially when
accessing airports. Besides, there are cases where the disabled can be
knocked down by a vehicle or an object. All these problems can be
curbed by improving the accessibility of the airport and other places
