This project proposal aims to evaluate and enhance awareness levels within the aviation industry of the United Arab Emirates. The study will identify areas for improvement in employee awareness regarding safety and security protocols. The research will involve a literature review of the aviation industry, focusing on its economic growth in the UAE, trade liberalization, and employee safety awareness. A proposed methodology includes collecting primary data through surveys of 500 employees, and secondary data from existing company records, journals, and articles. The survey will use a structured questionnaire with both open-ended and closed-ended questions, and will be distributed via email. The purpose of the study is to determine the current level of awareness among employees, recommend improvements, and assess employee responses to aviation industry information. The expected outcome is to help the UAE aviation sector in maximizing the areas where awareness programs are less effective, ultimately improving the safety of all personnel involved. The study will also focus on security-related awareness and risk management.
