Need of analysing current business performance:
According to Landt and Melville, (2013) it is essential for any entity to recognise its financial and
non-economic position by which different ideas are generated for balancing operations and
improving efficiencies. Moreover, it is beneficial for managing production and distribution
system as well as demand-supply. It is related with creating planning and forecasting on further
business operations.
Ways to improve business performance:
In the opinion of Ricciardin and et.al., (2015) business performance of a company can be
improved by making appropriate decisions for further implementations. For instance: adopting
new technologies, maintaining relations with clients and customers, considering cost effectiveness
during business operations and so on. However, by implementing all these strategies, performance
and business operations of any organisation can be improved at a higher level.
Relationship between Talon outdoor and digital technology
On critical evaluation, Speight and et.al., (2016) criticise that it is challenging task for a company
to maintain its goodwill in market due to high level of competitive environment. Similarly, gaining
society's trust towards its goods and services is difficult impacted on sales revenue and other
business operations. Hence, it is required to formulate future oriented strategies and in terms of
sustaining market position for the entity.
