INTRODUCTION
Success-knowledge and creativity is the part that reflects the future growth and
development of an individual. It shows the effectiveness of the work that helps to achieve the
personal and professional goals and targets (Bishop, 2020). Knowledge could be gain from the
past experiences that imparts more efficiency towards the accomplishment of certain task within
the particular period of time. This essay includes the different experiences that has been gained
throughout the life and improvised the performance of on both the level that is personal and
professional. Thus Driscoll's Model of Reflection(1994) will be used that reflects the piece of
work and experiences that is varied from today to future.
PART A
Description of event that enabled to improve the performance because of effective
communication
What? This is based on the job role of the coordinator despatch, and thus I have to
deal a lot of people on daily basis thus it is necessary to get interact with
them in an effective manner. My performance is getting improved by using
effective communication with the help of this it is easy for me to get
understand the requirement and demand of the customers or the clients. As I
have to perform different work and that diversified services requires
continuous improvement and development of skills and knowledge
(Snowdon, 2018). As a coordinator I have to communicate with a lot of
people and effective communication helps to solve the complex situations,
perform multitasks etc. enhances my performance in effective manner.
What was the
purpose?
The purpose of my job is to get relate with the staff and the clients and
ensures that despatch process will be carried out in timely manner. I also
make sure that the process of transporting of different products and relocate
that resources within the company in an efficacious way. Communication
helps a lot as to connect with the peoples that further enhances the work
performance.
What happened When I was first entered in the job that time it is quite hard to me to

during the event?
I saw that everyone's performing their work with more sufficiency and they
are so dedicated towards their work.

reaction to it?
I just think that they are so focused towards their work thus I also managed
myself and work with more patience and adopts every opportunities that
comes on my way.

All the people have work with more concentration and so determinant
towards their work.

react?
When all present a warm welcome of mine and accept me in their field and
helps me a lot in my works.
So what? I was very nervous that how can I do this job, haw can I
connect with the people but as the time gone I am more
comfortable in this role only.

event?
I feel so optimistic as i have to perform different works as
like scan the dispatched materials, load and unload the
packages, managing the packaging, management of self-
propelled vehicle (Díaz, 2019).
Were those feelings I had any
different from other people who
were involved at the time?
All the other people are well known about the work as they
already aware about what to do. I felt so trouble and there are
different questions that upraised in my mind as like is I am
gone fit in this environment or not.

Yes there is a huge difference at that time I have less
confidence as I am dependant on others while as of now I am
very much independent all performs all the task with full
dedication.
