etc. An interaction between these professionals and effective planning will lead to proper
delivery of services (Clements et al, 2007). Treatment planning and care planning should be
done by taking the response from each healthcare worker involved in the team of an
individual. This will decrease any errors and non-compliances possible in healthcare delivery
and also will increase the efficiency of the care plan. Facilities to service user are given
effectively when all the professionals follow come together and work together approach. If
any person in the team will be less efficient it will be overcome by the skills of another team
worker. By this approach personal differences between the workers and professional
disturbances will also decrease leading to the improved working of an organization. The
positive working environment will be available and healthy relationships between co-
workers will be attained. Training should also be provided for others working in the
healthcare setting to how to behave with patients and take care of resident's integrity
(Hudson, 2002).
