INTRODUCTION
Group presentation is all above refers to distribution of knowledge, information and ideas
to large number of audience within specific time includes with different number of people and
digital practices. I clearly analyze that it requires involvement of multiple skills in human who
provide presentation like idea of technology, preparation of presentation on computer, creativity,
new ideas and information, good communication, effective speaker and many more (Nurhayati
and et.al., 2021). This study will develop information for the group presentation which is
essential skills I do have to improve and which major aspects impacts on successful and
effectiveness presentation distribution within large number of audience.
MAIN BODY
Actions for improving group presentation
I analysed from my score and ranking on experts board that in m very good in multiple area like
communication, confidence, eye contact, clear voice and many more but from the evaluation of
this factors I analyse that I do have to work more hard for more efficiency and effectiveness
expansion in my presentation skills. Because when I decide to participates into organization and
survives in contemporary market I do have to gain and learn more skills which provide multiple
opportunities in future or long term career effectiveness. From the score board from presentation
experts I analyse that almost student get suffer issues from the lack of clear voice (Prayogo and
Widyaningrum, 2019). So from the evaluation of this term I decide that I do have to do work
hard for improvement in clear voice for more effective audience attraction dvelopmeenet towards
with the presentation. Because its key for my long term goals achievement.
From the evaluation of this term its been very clear that I do have to gain multiple skills for
more efficiency expansion for my growth in context of presentation and digital technology tools
ideas. Because of group presentation my colleagues have more clarity in terms of making and
creating presentation with uses of computer or application for presentation. So I analyse that I am
not able to makes or creates proper presentation which is very bad aspect for my growth because
in this market trend almost work perform by human on uses of innovative sources. Uses of
appropriate digital sources have power to develop higher consistency in performance
sustainability. My experts or professors says that I do have good confidence but in multiple cases
I am not communicate and share my experience with great manner also I don’t have examples
which develops complexities within distribution of information to audience because they says

that uses of examples makes more clarity and long term learning. Skills which I do have to
improve for my individual growth which are as follows
Eye contacts and Confidence: I analysed from my score that I do have good voice because
when I regularly participates into school events and many more other areas. So I decides that I
participates into collage event because I clearly decide that I do have to build my career with
participates into organization so its very important term to gain and learn eye contact with good
confidence in speech because presentation can be only develop higher effectiveness when
individual has goo voice and confidence with proper eye contacts (Chang, 2019). I do have
responsibility that for the good skills involvement in my personality I do have to mainly works
on confidence because having appropriate confidence is key essential approach for managing
sustainability.
Overall body language: I evaluated from my personal experience that I do have to improve my
body language because proper body language is the key approach for reflection and showing of
personality of individual. I analyse that when I participate and enter into organization I do have
duty to face interview round so for the successful interview and selection (Burns and
Westmacott, 2018).
Clear voice with proper explanation: Experts gives their review and they provide feedback
that I do have good voice and explain things with effective manner. But on the other hand one
other experts gives review that I do have good voice but from the lack of clear explanation
impacts on my body language and confidence and which baldy impacts on presentation. But they
also say that when I participate into two to three events which related to speech I defiantly get
success.
Enthusiastic speech: I am good in communication and efficient in speech but lack of confidence
and clear voices these two skills influence on my enthusiastic speech. Also in multiple case I
analyse that when I give my speech within large number of people I am not properly build eye
contact. Thus from the different experts or audience reviews I decide that I do have skills but one
major thing which requires is continues practice or participates into events where people give
speech and presentation. Because evaluation of different individual develop idea for how to
attract with audience and build efficiency within managing presentation.
Transformation of clear answers to audience: Individual student when learn new things they
get suffer problems from various aspects but when teacher provide project, presentation and

other events for student its beneficial for attraction with various type of people. And this chance
has power to raise higher efficiency in my events effectiveness. Also experts says that our group
provide great presentation within specific timeline. So this term is also justified that I do have
ability to perform task and complete work within specific time.
Proper organization of information: Last one major essential skills which I do have to improve
for is proper management of information which I do have to share with audience because without
having proper management of topics and clear images develop higher complexities in
understanding of topic (Herbein and et.al., 2018). From the expert guidance and their
perspectives they says that its not essential term that people mainly watch presentation they
mainly listen. But multiple who mainly attracts towards with written activities so its import term
to organize presentation with appropriate manner.
CONCLUSION
It has been summarized from the above reflective study that management of work and
participates into events where I do have responsibility to speak and attract audience attraction its
very important term to learn various approaches and skills with great manner. Thus from the
evaluation and identification of all the essential terms its been very clear that individual skill
reflection makes better understanding.
