INTRODUCTION
Collaborative working within heath and social care refers to working of different group
together to achieve a particular goal which can allow to delivery better care and hae4lthcare
support to patient or individuals. There is is sharing of resources, knowledge and ideas with each
other for the area of improvement. This can be there in between two different organisation or
with two different team. Collaborative working within healthcare is about working of different
healthcare professionals with different background to delivery some services to patient and their

focuses on provident person-centred approach to the patient and vulnerable adults during
safeguarding. This is the act in which allows local authorities to focus on the delivery of better
and support to the people who need better care and support. It is an important act which allows to
improve people's independence and well-being. This act provides the authority to get the
healthcare services and support to the people who needed proper care and are getting
deterioration in their health (Sullivan 2021). Professional and care stranded allows to focus on
the diagnostic, intervention, competencies and evaluation of individual which allow to focus on
the direct care, quality assurance and consultation. This is regarding to follow the guidelines

communicate effective during collaboration. This allows to get the learning about the individual
behaviour that can help through observing the client and act accordingly. This is highly effective
during collaboration when there is need for effeciv4e communication for delivering of better are
and support. It allows and focuses on attention, retention, motivation and many more.

When there is collaboration within two organisation which is regarding improve the
quality of health and social care through sharing of ideas, working and their resources. There is
need for the teamwork which is highly important to take care of patient and their need which

to improve their service quality. Teamwork is highly effective to perform any task which is not
possible by one individual and during the collaboration there is need to work together where
teamwork is needed. One organisation is better in delivering of care and services and other is
better in treatment then teamwork can help each other in delivering of better health treatment

To show the high impact of the collaboration there is need for the motivation that is
required to enhance the working performance of their employee or staff members within both
organisation. Motivation have their role where motiving employees and other staff member to
work with other staff member of other organisation which have the risk of causing conflict
during working together. Then to get rid of such situation there is need for the motivation with
employees and healthcare professionals to work effectively and delivers better results
(Schaltegger 2018).

Managing conflicts, challenges poor or ineffective professional relationships
During collaboration there are many chances when there is need to manage conflict. In
this, there is need to focus on the delivery of better and effective communication and leadership
which allows to decrease the chance of getting conflict due to any communication gap. Stress
management skill is also helpful to manage the conflict. This can allows to focus on the solution
rather than getting worried and panic. It also helps to focus on the solution instead of blaming
others for this. There is need to provide time to time training to all employee which can help to
get interaction with each other and make better relationship. It allows to learn different
techniques and skill which can help in improving the professional relationship. Example- When
nursing staff is not delivering of care to patient at time due to absence of assigned nursing staff
which is due to poor relationship (Munoz 2019).

Developing professional relationship for collaborative working can allows to focus on the
better delivery of better services with better effect. This also allows service user to get better
cooperation during the collaborative working which can help to get on time service. This can
help to sharing of resources which is effective and helpful to improve the quality of care within
people (Ismail 2020).
There are various reason due to which professional relationship allows to improve the
standard of care, advocacy, legislation, person-centred care, managing resources and many more
with better effect. Both organisation have some better advantage which can be use by other
organisation through collaboration and to improve their working and quality of health and social
care services.
There are many barriers like lack of training, team not composed of appropriate
professionals, lack in exchange of information which can impact the collaborative working
within health and social care. These barrier can be resolve through the time-to-time appropriate

professionals which can allow to make team more effective that can provide better outcomes

Importance of professional relationship within collaborative relationship to improve the care
standard
There are many importance of professional relationship during collaborative working
which can help to improve care standard. There is need to improve the quality of care with
collaboration, This also allows to learn with each other and improve teamwork.
For example- Kings fund collaboratively working with NHS. This allows to improve the quality
of services and reduced the risk adjustment by 42% in mortality.
Due to sharing of resources and higher experience knowledge allows to improve the
quality and decrease the risk within delivery of care and service. This allow to improve the
effectiveness while delivery of care services. There is good practices like sharing of resources
and using knowledge and experience allows to attempt patient better and effective delivery of
care services to client.
There is use of interactional collaboration in which in case of serious cases there is need
to get to international service which allows for the treatment for clients better and improved
health. Inter-professional collaboration allows to work together through getting services form
doctor, nursing staff, occupational or physical therapist to focus on the delivery of better care and
