Current method of data collections, formatting, storage and
dissemination are as follows:

Appropriate changes to improve the identified methods:
The current methods that are used by the Costa Coffee is
effective but some of the limitation can be improved as
follows:
Survey methods, this can be improved by collecting only
relevant data and the deleting the previous one when they are
not in use. This will limited the over storage of data.
Observations are not correct at many times, so it is very
important to avoid using as a methods of data collection at the
coffee house, as many types of misunderstanding can be
observed.

should be stored for a long time and the
other can be removed from the list.
