In organization, business plan is a written document in which there is detail description of
organizational objective and their ways of doing. A business performance various practices to
implement effective business plan (Barabba, 2022). Therefore, in relation to Devine restaurants’
coffee bar, this report will be based on the different management practices and recommendation
to overcome from any business issues .

In several years since the establishment had major changes in interior and infrastructure
in the organisation that mainly names of Devine Restaurant & Coffee Bar, some major
design and interior changes in it.
In this the technical training and practice and theory session should be held and give to
staff to make them more aware about the food products such as wine pairing, give
