has been used by scholar for interpretation of data by using various graphs and diagrams.

Research Approach: Inductive approach of research has been used by scholar as there is no
hypothesis has been utilized to undertake research effectively (Flick, 2015). This will help the

using the questions (McNiff, 2016). 10 managers of Home base have been selected by scholar
for collection of data by using simple random sampling method.
