order to execute their strategy for the betterment of the organization. By using the
secondary research it has been noted that poor communication in an organization or the
workplaces have detrimental effect on the performance of an organization. The key skills also
have been identified using the secondary research in order to improve the communication in
anorganization. This memo discusses about the key skills that are required by the leaders in an
