Common good is considered to be an idiosyncratic thought in the context of the Catholic
social theory (The Common Good and Healthcare Policy. 2019). The study will analyze the
subsidiary principle of Common Good principles while considering the issue for the teacher
support.
People from the different parts of the world need to be aware of the problematic issues
which cause inadequacy of support for teaching professionals mainly from the nursing
background so that this grave problem can be handled quite tactfully by the government, non-
government and private authorities (Bvumbwe, Malema, & Chipeta, 2015). The teaching
professionals are not always given much dignity as they require, which is not expected. On the
other hand, people are also not encouraged to choose this as their career opportunity, and
therefore, this profession is undignified (Kaldal, Kristiansen, & Uhrenfeldt, 2018).. All these
issues need to be resolved so that the teachers, particularly from a nursing background, do not
have to by the suffer from the problem of inadequacy of support by the respective authorities of
the institutions and also from the outside of that institution (Bvumbwe, Malema, & Chipeta,
2015).
According to Hannan (2015), the article reviewed a survey which was conducted between
10 schools from the district Mckinley and Rainier. The results showed that few schools are
economically backwards ranging from 75%-90%. The teaching professionals from the nursing
background are not provided with adequate subsidiary from the institutional authority in most of
the cases, and this scenario demands a reform (Hannan et al. 2015). Therefore the initiative on
