required and this is the best way to understand and evaluate changes properly (Analoui, 2018). A
there are many changes taking place in business environment, so in order to accept those changes
there is requirement of skilled workers and want them to give proper services to consumers. This
investigation is based on Point A Hotel London which is three start hotel about providing
hospitality services in the UK. As there are many people visit and travel for UK and they have
different demands, so it is important to have proper human resource policies for expansion and
proper performance of association in industry.
Background of company
With change in business operations, there is requirement of making changes in human
resources policies as well. As employees are the source through which operations can be
performed performed properly and it is easy to analyse consumer demand. With determining and
making policies better for employees availability, there is no improper performance of workers.
With determining and evaluating changes, it is essential and specific for managers of Point A
Hotel to understand what better can be done (Beach and Lipshitz, 2017). With making proper
policies, there is requirement of understanding and evaluation human resource policies with

Role of human resource planning
Human resource planning is the process for planning and evaluating current and future
policies regarding employing workers. As workers are important, so it is essential to plan
policies and in case of any departure from organisation, hiring has to be done properly. If
employees are not hired within specified time, then proper services can not provided to
consumers and this creates dissatisfaction among them. When proper human resource planning is
performed, then it will be easy for managers of Point A Hotel to understand and determine ways
through which satisfaction can be achieved. According to Jeremy Bradley, 2019 HR policies are
important because this is the best way through which planning for filling individuals is possible
and resources does not gets wasted because of non presence of workers. Human resource
planning is important because it assist in forecasting demand about requirements of workers. For

requirements of workers. When policies are not performed as per said requirement, then
managers have to altered it as per external market. This assist in determining and understanding
requirement of employees at Point A Hotel. It is important that proper evaluation has to be done
about strategies which are framed related to hiring and selecting. In order to manage and
determine the best way for evaluating changes, exit feedbacks must be taken. There must be
regular interaction with employees, so their issues and grievances can be managed. With the help

Research methodology is the section in which there is discussion about different
techniques which are used in the study. As there are many operational techniques for research, so

which will use by researcher are discussed as under-
Research Philosophy is the criteria which is used by researcher to understand the ways to
complete the study. There are possibilities that study will not be completed properly, if it is not
performed in synchronise manner. There are three types of philosophy i.e. positivism,

interpretive and pragmatist. For making this study relevant, positivism philosophy will be used
because this gives proper way to complete the whole study. Deductive research approach will
be used with the help of which proper way to understand and determine changes which might
affect investigation outcome (Beach and Lipshitz, 2017). Descriptive research design is used in
this study with the help of which complete and in- depth aspects are discussed through which
every point is clear and relevant. There are two methods of conducting study out of which
qualitative method will be preferred because this makes ease in understanding the study outcome
properly through pictures and graphs. Information will be collected through primary and
secondary resources as questionnaire and online sources. So it will be study to get in- depth
information about human resource planning. Simple random sampling method will be chosen
because there will no partiality in collecting views from respondents. 50 workers are selected
because they have knowledge about human resource planning policies and issues organisation is
facing. Research will be completed within specified time because all the activities will be
completed with proper guidance and direction. Research outcome and interpretation will be
communicated to individuals who have interest and related with study (Brunstein, 2016).
