STRATEGIES FOR THE
INCLUSION OF ALL
CHILDREN

1. Analysis of the additions needs of every children is important because it plays vital role
in serving satisfactory care and learning environment to child according to their
behaviour. Further, providing additional needs to provide comfortable learning
environment to children plays an important role in supporting growth of child like,
providing hearing impairment to partially deaf child, providing wheel chair to support
movement of physically challenged children. Fulfilment of these additional needs assist
in providing comfortable and learning environment to children.
2. According to National quality standard it has been determined that there are seven quality
areas which are linked to inclusion of all children in early childhood education and care
services that is Educational program and practice, Health and safety of children, physical
environment, staffing arrangements, relationship with children, partnership with families
and communities and leadership and governance. In all seven areas two quality standards
plays vital role in establishing effective learning care environment for children which are
as follows:
Health and safety of children in which the care takers and educators ensures child in
living healthy lifestyle with minimum risk of getting injured or harm. Further, it focuses on
safety in which the institution makes sure that there is effective emergency management system
and child protection by staff and educators.
Relationship with children is the most effective approach of inclusion plan as in this the
according to NQS staff is responsible for treating every child with respectful and responsive
learning. The staff is responsible for providing sense of belonging and security to children.
3. Communicating success of child to family is important and assist the families in ensuring
that there child is growing and safe and learning environment. Moreover, in accordance
to quality standards of NQS its has been determined that it the duty of care centre to have
collaborative partnership with families and communities. Four examples of
communicating success of child to families are as follows:
If in case a child is suffering from Autism and he reasons isolated from other children's but with
the use of gaming tools in inclusion plan he started taking to people and making friends than this
is denoted communicated to parents and families in meeting which is called off after specific

period. Organising learning session for children and involving parents is the best way which can
assist in communicating about child success with parents on regular basis
If in case child has started following the learning hart without any forceful efforts then this will
communicate through telephonic conversation as it will assist in making parents comfortable
about child growth and physical environment and services of care centre.
If in case child stated involving in learning plans than it can be communicated to family by
calling them on urgent notice and demonstrating success live.
If in case the child has started taking proper meals and medication than this will be
communicated via mail in order to make family secure about the services of care centre.
4. There are numerous cases in which the educators and families give n the learning of child
but this do not say that the child would not be able to learn forever instead it is important
for the parents and educators to keep motivating child to learn by implementing the use
of various tactics. For instance, if in case child is unable to learn minor things like
counting 1 to 20 or alphabets than in such case educators and parents lost confidence in
him and due to this situation it is possible that the morales of child get degraded therefore
in this case, the family and educators are responsible for implementing the use of audio
visual tools of learning because it is common technique which helps minors in grabbing
things fast.
5. Gaming tools and techniques - Audio, visual, puzzles, These tools will assist in child
inclusion and adaption in new environment as it is the technique which keeps child
involved in playing and learning activities. Further, implementing the use of these
techniques assist the educators in providing comfortable easily adaptable environment to
children's which keeps them distracting from their weaknesses
Hearing impairment tool - staff who can monitor and understand the use of sign language, This is
most common need of children in inclusion plan suffering from partial hearing impairment and
therefore it is important for the staff to provide hearing impairment tool which will assist in easy
involvement for children in education and centre. Thus, it is effective because it will remove the
child conscious for not being normal like other children.
Customized chairs and path way- Easy and simple path way and trained supervisors It is the most
common and effective need of physically disabled children therefore providing customized
wheel chair and framing easy and simple path way is the technique which will assist in fulfilling

additional need of physically challenged people and it will assist them in adapting the
environment of care home.
6. Indigenous children are the part of aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, the society
which is not the part of Australia and lives on island near Australia. According to
Australian society these people cannot be considered as the part of society because these
people follow different culture and have different living standards and life style.
However, it is important for the educators to understand that these people and children
are not at all different therefore in training the staff will be provided training regarding
the norms and practices. Providing cross cultural training is the most effective strategy
which can assist in making educator aware about the aboriginal people and their cultural
beliefs and values. This ensures that the practices of care centre are safe and equal
environment for children without any children.
7. There are various benefits of working with families of children in partnership which are
represented in following five examples:
If in case the child has suddenly stopped having meal properly than communicating to parents is
the most effective step as family understand the requirement of child and can assist the educators
in making changes as per stated by family.
If in case child has started behaving aggressive than in this case only parents and family can
assist care takers to make changes in environment accordingly.
If in case the child has started getting isolated from friends and educators in education centre
than in this scenario only family and parents of child can assist the learners in analysing the
reason behind the changes in the behaviour's child.
If in case child suddenly got unconscious than only parents can assist care takers in analysing the
reason behind this because these are the individuals who understands every basic requirements of
child.
If in case child got rashes just after eating food than in this case educators are responsible for
asking family about the allergic requirement and food items for child. This partnership and
communication is the only tool which can helps the care takers in handling child.
8. Auditory processing disorder is the hearing disability in which the person is unable to
coordinate and hear effectively according normal children. In such cases child gets
isolated because according to him or her or she is not normal as per surrounding.

Therefore, in such scenario it is important for the educators and care takers to provide
hearing tools to children. Moreover, it is important for them to coordinate with each other
in order to make child comfortable in environment and surroundings. Thus, it is
important for learners to implements the use of sign language in order to provide
comfortable and appropriate learning environment to children suffering from APD.
9. In accordance to this scenario the best thing educator can do to explain male gender
about the use of fair wings is making use of visual technique in which educator will show
fairy movie to child which is the best way that will assist in differentiating between the
use of wings. It is the vest tactic which helps in making children understand the
importance of situation and circumstances. It is technique which is beneficial in making
child understand the concept without even making discrimination on the basis of gender.
Organising role pay activities in which only allowing girls to wear fair wings is the
activity which will assist the educator in defining the use of fairy wings to child without
discrimination.
10. In case when the first language of child is not English it is important for the educators to
understand the level of understanding of specific child like in case where learners are
responsible for guiding child to draw picture and he or she is not comfortable with
English, then the learner will make use of learning techniques like, audio, visual, etc. In
this the learner will provide picture of the thing which need to draw by the child. It is the
strategy which is used for communication in cases of language barrier. Thus, it is the
strategy which will remove the obstacle between learner and child and will motivate
individual to learn and communicate with educator. Hence, with the help of picture, the
visual tool of communication child will be able to draw and paint the picture as per step
wise instruction.
11. As per the chasing it is important for the child to implements the use of gross motor skills
which is physical movement of body to demonstrate and prove the situation to someone
else. But as per the scenario when the child with gross motor deficits n chasing game
need to demonstrate the situation and the right wrong of the situation the child can chase
the person who demonstrate the characteristic which relates to situation, In this the
educator is responsible for providing additional needs to support child learning and

inclusion in learning activities. Moreover, the child can praise quality of person by
representing characteristic of specific person.
12. Integrity plays a vital role in performing and implementing effectiveness in work
practices. Lack of integrity is dangerous and harmful for the individuals related to certain
situation. For example if in case care cares at education and care centre are responsible
for regulating and reporting about the changing needs of child but due to lack of honesty
and moral values the care takers forwards wrong information about child in order to
reduce its work can harm the health and safety of child. In accordance to this, example it
has been demonstrated that it is important the person to follows integrity and report
faithfully as the lack of practices can be dangerous and life threatening.
13. Criticising the people is establishing negativity in surrounding which is most common
unethical practice for example, if in case there is child in care centre who is been
suffering from mental disability due to which the functioning and performing ability of
child is slow than in this case if educator will humiliate the action of child than it is
possible that the child can get isolated or can be aggressive some times. Therefore, it is
important for the individuals understand the importance of situations and circumstance
because criticising someone can be life threatening and harmful for mind.
14. Refusing to listen to someone due to personal values or differences can be harmful like
for instance, if in case a teacher who belongs to aboriginal society of Australia works in
education centre called off a meeting of parents about their child growth and
development. Further, the discussion with educator will involve good and bad points
about the child. However, after meeting its has been found that parents disagree to the
growth and development plan of children because the teacher is from indigenous society.
This, negligence and behaviours of parents can harm the growth of child because of their
personal behaviours and attitude of thinking.
15. Lack of trust on certain group of people is the most common problems these days which
is generally faced in schools and business organisations. For example, if in case the
teachers of education centre planned meeting of parents for making changes in child
development plan, but the parents did not agree to change due to lack of trust because the
teachers who suggested changes where aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. Further, in
case the parents are wrong because if these teachers can handle their child and these

individual have right to suggest changes as per the success and growth of child. In
accordance to this lack of trust of families and people can harm the future growth and
success of child.
16. Not respecting the beliefs and values of some specific people is the major problems faced
by Australian citizens. In Australian indigenous people are not considered as part of
society and it is the reason the Australian people do not trust and values the beliefs of
aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander which can lay negative impact on many situations.,
For example, if in case there is educator in education and care home from indigenous
society and she is perfect in handling medication and therapies. Further, in care home
suddenly one child soddenly faints due to some allergic reaction in this scenario the
educator and practitioner suggest the breathing therapy as per the cultural belief which
can normal the condition of child but to lack of respect and trust on the beliefs of nurse
the parents and others educators do not allow treating child. Hence, as per the situation
not trusting the practitioners because of this culture and beliefs can be dangerous and life
threatening.
17. As per the situation it is important for the educators to understand the situation and to
know whether the child is aware about the difference or not. Further, it is important for
the educator to make child understand that this is also normal family like every other
children. Further, as per the situation the individual will helps the child in understanding
there is no difference between mother and father both equally loving and caring for child.
Therefore, motivating and asking child to draw and paint cards for father is the strategy
which will assist in demonstrating respect to child, his family, circumstances and
background.
18. As per the situation I will first focus on motivating child to write like others kids it is the
tactics which will help in representing the child has no difference and he or she is like all
other students. Moreover, it is the duty of educator motivate the writing skills and pencil
holding tricks of child. It is important because there are people who are normal but still
can not even write properly therefore appreciating writing and holding skills which boost
the morale of child. Apart from this, providing and helping child with writing his or her
name is the another effective strategy which will helps the individual in analysing the
importance and over coming physical disability.

19. Australian society is influenced by Britain culture which is multi-ethnic. There are
various activities of British culture which assist Australian society in child learning and
development programme like,
Informal setting in education institution: It is the practice which assist the Australian care and
education institution in promoting learning and growth of child. For instance, educators provide
friendly environment to children's for learning and playing which assist the child in getting
comfortable and friendly in environment very easily.
Practice what you preach: It is the concept in which assist the educators in providing positive
learning to children. For instance, if child has lack of integrity but believes in god than in this
scenario the educators assist the child in analysing that it is import for the individuals to practice
things in normal life which being preacher like which are being considered in front of god.
Celebration of festivals and cultural beliefs: This activity in education institution and care centre
assist in motivating and helps in enhancing their spirit of learning about different cultures and
their beliefs. This celebration is the ultimate strategy which is followed at the time

Practising Ethical values: This helps the children ion learning about the basic values and beliefs
which individual is responsible for considering entire his or her life. This helps the child in
developing a sense of respect for each other as the British cultural beliefs are focused in
implementing equality and values of diversity.
Role play: It is activity which enables generous way of learning. It is the strategy which is the
influence of British culture and helps in Australia in developing understanding among children
about the situation, Consequences and the circumstances.
20. The children's who are conscious about the things can be assisted with the visual learning in
which the educator can show them the film and picture which represent the view and activities of
beach.
For Kinaesthetic learner educators will implement the use of physical role plays activities
because these are children's who are curious about the situation and circumstances therefore to
provides them effective learning educators implements the use of physical learning life use of
puzzles, gaming tools etc.
In this the educators will implement the use of different rhythms and music recordings which
demonstrate the environment of beach.

For these children, educators will directly teach them verbally about the beach by demonstrating
various examples which are easy to grab.
For Auditory learners the teacher will assist them in listening various examples and situation
which are the examples of beach scenario and activities.
21. Additional needs of child arise with requirements or disability therefore it is important for
the educators to fulfil additional needs to child in order to support their growth and
development. Further, providing them additional needs like, tools such as hearing
impairment tool for deaf child, customized wheel chair for the physically disabled child.
These are needs which helps them to fulfil their basic requirements and attaining personal
goals with learning. Fulfilments of additional needs by care and education centre helps in
providing support of children's in their learning and growth practices.
22. The fairness concept is directly related to Equality and diversity concept. Like there are
different type of children's in education centre who are different on the basis of culture,
background, beliefs. Therefore, it is important for the educators to ensure that the
individual desire getting equal support of learning and for growth regardless of their
difference because it is the only practice which represents the fairness and equality of
educators which assist in providing effective growth of child. Thus, attitude of teachers
towards each and every child is the evidence equality practices in education and care
centre which denotes their capability of handing and managing growth of every children's
with different attitudes and behaviours.
23. In order to make children learn about the similarities and differences the best activity
teachers can implements the use of role play activity because it is the activity which focus
on physical participation of children. This assist in learning about similarities and
differences because in this every child individually experiences the situation which helps
them in making judgement. In this the child experiences the situation and scenario it is
the best activity which helps the child in analysing the similarities and difference. For
instance, teacher wants to make children learn about Indigenous people to over come the
difference and to represent their feeling. In this case some of them will be dressed normal
like Australian society and some of them will dress and behave like aboriginal society.
This will help in making difference in two culture and its impact on the mind. Therefore,
as the example, role is the activity which can assist educator in making child learn about

similarities, differences and interdependence. Apart from this comparing and contrasting
is the practical activity which is conducted by educator with the helps of digital and
gaming tools. In this the teachers will provide different paying tools and their usage
which is the most effective technique of analysing similarities, interdependence and
dissimilarities. Further, to develop strong understanding the teachers demonstrate critical
example with the helps of tool. It is the most effective technique that assist children in
analysing difference and similarity in situation and circumstances.
24. The children suffering for autism are vulnerable to changes and are very sensitive
therefore it is important for the educators to handle such patients with care and love. For
instance, if in case a child is aggressive to changes than in such situation the educator and
scare takers are responsible for managing the safety of other kids and also should
understand the tactics to calm child because the behaviours can be dangerous and life
threatening. If in case child do not interact with anyone than it is important for the
educator to enable positive and playful environment around the child. It is the tactic
which will assist increasing participation of child. If in case child is scared of physical
environment than in such cases educator should aim at creating curious physical
environment near child. This strategy of teacher will motivate child inclusion in plan. If
in case child is scared and do not involve in activities then forcing individual is not a
solution instead educator should aims at creating new and different environment for child
according its comfort zone. Calming the chaos of brain, providing learning through mind
distracting activities focusing on building brain health are the strategies which can assist
educator in dealing with child suffering from autism.
25. Attitudes: Attitude plays a major role in child inclusion and development plan.
Therefore, it is important for the educator to have the skills of understanding the
managing different behaviours and attitude of child.
Inadequate provision of support services: The practices and procedures of education and care
centre plays major role in inclusion plan and can be Barrier to child learning and growth. Like
the parents asked not to do something which can harm the stability of mind but as educator it is
the only strategy which can assist in child learning and this provision with parents becomes
barrier to child learning.

Communication and language: It is the most common barrier in children's learning because there
are various children from different backgrounds understanding different languages. Therefore,
making all children's understand one common language is the common barrier of child learning.
Underdevelopment and Poverty: It is natural and no one can be discriminated on the basis of this
factor. However, there are many houses in Australia who can not afford education and learning
of child which is the barrier to child development.
Disability: When a child is suffering from any disability than according to that person the
individual is different from normal people and cannot able to deal with surroundings unlike other
kids.
Inflexible curriculum: When the child is unable to stay in the surroundings and environment
provided by education and care centre is the most common barrier to child learning.
Appropriate environment: Th physical environment around the child is the situation which
reflects child development but if in case child is not getting use to environment and surrounding
of education and care centre than it becomes hindrance to child learning.
26. Children are very sensitive to changes and therefore it is important for the teacher to
regularly focus on the surrounding of children when learning, eating, playing etc. In case
of child where first he was comfortable with the surrounding and is now started crying a
lot, I will focus on evaluating the regularly day behaviour of child in which I will focus
on noticing the eating and playing activity because these are activities which direct affect
human mind. Suspecting the changes in the behaviour of child at initial stage is important
because in helps in eliminating the risk factor. Apart from this, Seeking assistance from
specialist adviser is the best decision and strategy which can helps in evaluating treason
behind changes in behaviours of child.
27. Discussing concerns of children to others is important because it helps in analysing
various areas of improvement and new strategies to manage child inclusion. Discussion
with other people about children's and their behaviour assist in evaluating answers to

and assisting inclusion plan like for example,
if in case a child suddenly started behaving vigorously and crying and in this case only medical
practitioner can assist educators and care takers in analysing the reason behind because he or she
is the person who understand medical terms and reason behind changing behaviours of child.
Further, specialist advisers are the individual who are aware about the child and their
medications so he or she is the right person who can assist in managing change in behaviour.
If in case the child is suffering from Autism, then only medical practitioners can assist the staff is
determining the effective step for inclusion of child in learning and playing activities because the
person suffering from Autism are vulnerable and sensitive to changes.
If in case the child is facing difficulty in managing the dietary routine than only specialist advisor
can assist care takers in setting time for every meal after diagnosing the body functioning of
child.
If in case a child is suffering from Thlesinia in which it is important to change blood from human
body after the cycle of 120 days. Therefore, in such scenario it is important for the staff to take
assistance from specialist advisor about the routine check-up because negligence can be life
threatening.
If in case the staff has prepared a inclusion plan for group of child than it is possible that he kids
go through disorders like, communication gap, lack of attention etc. Therefore, seeking advice
from specialist is important so that the child with same behaviour can be grouped together for
inclusion plan.
If in case a child is suffering from serious OCD that cleanliness disorder than taking assistance
from medical advisor plays important role because the practitioners helps the staff in setting
appropriate and hygienic conditions near child.

If in case there is a child who loves to play and mingle with kids but suddenly the individual
isolated him from activities than in case forcing the child is nots solution because there can be

If in case staff needs to make changes in meal routing and food ingredients than concerning and

In case child is handicapped and in inclusion plan the staff is trying to involve activities which
will focus on physical movement of child body than in this case concerning and seeking advise
from Specialist advisor is important because he or she is responsible person who can assist the
staff about the right time of trying to make changes because child to involve in physical activity
can be life threatening and dangerous.
29. In order to make Anna comfortable in environment it is important for the educators to
provide comfortable environment as per the convenient. Like talking in English will
make her anxious therefore to involves her in learning practice educators can implement
the use of visual and audio tool of learning as it will assist in removing the language
barrier until she is comfortable with environment. Thus, to enhance her learning care
serve providers to organise gaming sessions from which she can interact with children
and enhance its English language. Moreover, the educators will aim at making other
children to be friendly with her as it is the tactic which will helps her in inclusion.
30. For the inclusion of deaf child I will seek advise from specialist adviser for providing him
hearing impairment tool. Apart from this I will implement the use of various physical
activities like, role play, puzzles, audio tools to make child comfortable with the learning
process. In my opinion implement the use of different physical tactics like, sign language,
etc. is the best way to plan inclusion of deaf child. In my opinion interacting with deaf
child in sign language in order to make them learn assist them in analysing that someone

is there to understand their emotions which boost their morale to develop and enhance
their skills.
31. Interaction with two child who is suffering from hearing disability is the most difficult
task. But in accordance to situation I will talk to the parent of two year children to
analyse bout its daily routine which is the best way to plan further inclusion. Further, for
analysing the goal and expectation of child I will focus on his basic requirements and
activity which will demonstrate the interest of child. Apart from this I will seek for more
information from parents who understand and aware about the interest a daily activity of
Child. Analysing the involvement of child in different learning activities is the best
strategy to determine the interest of child.
32. In accordance to situation I will focus on making child comfortable in environment of
early childhood education and care service. Further, I will consult to specialist advisor
about providing customized beds and allowing him to do physical activities. In my
opinion taking assistance from specialist advisor for involving child in physical activities
of learning is the best way to assist child in learning and plan inclusion. Thus, at last I
will regularly monitor and control the activity of child in order to ensure safety measures.
33. According to research it is important for the early childhood education and care service
to have safe playing tools and gadgets for indoor playing of Kids, easy path for disabled
children, appropriate meals routine and specified diet according to child requirement
which is advised by medical practitioners. Further, there should be 24*7 surveillance
tools to monitor over the activities of children and staff.
34. In my opinion regular review plans assist in making effective changes in inclusion plan
and learning of child. Further it helps in evaluating the needs of changes and loopholes in
child care and education services. Apparently, this assist in evaluating child learning
ability and performance of staff. It helps in evaluating availability of resources and need
of changes in current practices. Hence, it is necessary to conduct regular review as it
helps in analysing future in changes in learning practises which are necessary for growth
and development of child.
35. Epilepsy is a neurological disorders in which child experience abnormal brain cell
activity due to this changes child is vulnerable and sensitive to changes. Therefore, in

accordance to this situation I will focus on making child comfortable in learning
environment by providing him with playing tools which will assist him in learning and
will keep his mind distracted. In addition, the environment near child will be formulated
like home in order to provide him homely feeling. Further, seeking advice about the
dietary routine and involvement in activities is the major factor that will assist educator in
providing stable environment to child without making much changes in his environment
36. Children suffering from Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder are sensitive to changes
and circumstances therefore it is important for the families and care centre to ensure that
the child is in stable environment. For example, if child is slow in performing activity
than involvement of child by forcing should be done. If in case child is vigorously
aggressive to every situation and turn out to be violent than the child should be treated
with love and support (Maguire‐Jack, Gromoske and Berger, 2012). Apart from this in
some cases children' loses their ability to think and needs and in those situation educators
is responsible for implementing different effective strategies of learning by taking
assistance from specialist advisor. If in case children are emotional than it is important
for the educators and care takers to ensure that there should positive and friendly
environment around the child. There are few cases in which child suffering from ADHD
are violent, therefore it is important for educator to ensure that all the children are safe
and child who is suffering from disability is calm. For which staff need to implement
strategies for distracting his or her mind. Therefore, it is important for the educators to
ensure effective support of love, care and peaceful environment nerd the child in order to
make him comfortable in his surroundings.
37. The support to children suffering from ADHS has been decreased because decreasing the
support is the only thing which will assist them in resisting changes of real life. Providing
learning and ensuring safety of child is important but supporting all the time can turn
them more sensitive time due to which person can develop fantasy world for living apart
from real life situation which can be dangerous. Providing continuous support to child
can make him or her vulnerable to changes therefore it is important for the educators to
reduce support with time.

38. Successful inclusion is demonstrated by effective participation of children and educators
in every activity of learning and development. Th involvement can be encouraged by
providing various growth opportunities which assist in learning and development of
children. Further educator participation can be increased by implementing effective
policies and practices.
39. Child's behaviour towards learning, mood swings of children, hiding away from
participating in extra curricular activities, eating habits, violent behaviour of children
(Kail, 2015).

is responsible for own job functioning like parents will assist educators in defining the
needs and behaviour of child. Educator will plan the strategies of inclusion, specialist
advisor will assist over the behaviour and medication of children, care takers will be
responsible for managing hygienic practices are care and education centre and
management will design the entire plan keeping in mind all the activities.
41. For permanent disability I will focus on providing tool which can help the child. For
temporary disability I will focus on implementing strategies like by providing plying
tools which can are beneficial in distracting mind of child. . For instance, Wheelchair for
handicapped child, playing tools to divert mind and encourage learning for child with
autism and ADHS disorders.
42. Lack of child involvement, change in behaviour and attitude of children's, aggression of
children's, changes in eating habits etc. are the basic difficulty which come across when
implementing inclusion plan (Moore, 2017).
43. Understanding the change because it is the best way to determine root cause of problem.
Further, I will try to distract child and will focus on creating motivating and learning
environment it will assist in analysing the reason behind changes. I will formulate
strategy which will motivate inclusion life games, dance, music, etc.

educators but it is important to make colleague understand about the child behaviours and

objectives, medication. For instance if in case child is suffering from autism and
inclusion plan involves the role play activity and child remains isolated from activity than
inclusion of that child in activity is challenging for the plan of inclusion.
47. Meeting and training session organised by education and care centre is the most effective
way of connecting with parents on regular basis. It is the practice which assist the
educators in connecting with parents and making them aware about the growth of child.
Further, this helps in creating communication which helps in eliminating various risk
which can arise when handling children (Iadarola and et.al., 2018).

with parent of child and share about the barriers of learning faced by their child. Apart

education of child is other level of issue which should be interrupted. Moreover, parents
should focus on distracting mind of child with through learning and not to involve the
child in circumstance which can lead to stress.

1. NQF ( National Quality Framework) ensures that the students should be provided with
the best educator facilities. The educator should be experienced and skill based. They
should possess an approved learning framework. There should be a proper registration of
the education providers with the nation. According to ELYF, the learning environment
should be effective. It should be well organised, vibrant and flexible. Environment that
allows the children to participate in various curricular activities. Schools should also
provide an environment for the participation of the respective parents of the students. An
environment that enhances and develops children's interests.
2. A child must have a knowledge of the cultural heritage and gender of the country. The
educators play a pivotal role in developing this knowledge in children. In order to make child
aware about the cultural heritage and practices by demonstrating them with the help of role play
activity showing them movie which depicting the cultural heritage in form of animation,
encouraging their participation in learning and playing activities, organising programs for their
enjoyment as well as learning are the most effective tactic which can helps children in learning
about the cultural heritage, society etc.
3. Before sharing an information, the confidentiality of the information must be considered that
there is no individual who can mislead the information regarding the child disability. Further, it
is important for the educator to ensure the specialist advisor is experienced and is the right
person to share information. Analysing that the specialist in professional and responsible person
is the responsibility of educator because it is related to child health and safety. (Grisham-Brown,
Hemmeter, and Pretti-Frontczak, 2017).
4. Oppositional defiant disorder addresses the disobedient and oppositional behaviour of the
children with their parents. In order to handle the child suffering from odd, it is important for the

educator to ensure that activities of child is monitored regularly. Further, it is the responsibility
of educators to provide learning environment which can helps ion distracting the mind of child.
Further, implementing the use of playing and tiring activities is the activity which can assist in
keeping child distracted from aggression.
5. Prompting is the tool which helps the child in grabbing things faster. There are 3 types of
promoting technique which are as follows:
Verbal prompt which is use to increase participation of children in physical activities of learning.
Model prompt is the style in which the service providers can demonstrate the situation which
make learning activities interesting for children (McCarthy and Boster, 2017)
Physical prompt is the style in this educator also gets involved in learning of child.
6. The childhood education must follow a proper policy. It should work in accordance with that
policies. Policies in early childhood learning and care centre assist the educator in implementing
effective strategies keeping in kind the safety of children. Further the polices in inclusion plans
helps in providing security of environment to parents for their child learning. Polices assist in
establishing systematic and design of inclusion plan which is set according to learning needs of
children.

A girl namely Maria is suffering from physical and mental both disabilities and she is 4 year old.
She is half paralysed and is suffering from Autism Disorder. She always walks with the help of
wheel chair and generally remains isolated as according to her she is not normal unlike other kids
in education centre. This is the due to which she goes of to emotional dis balance. In accordance
to er situation it has been determined that it is important to provide her customized wheel chair in
education centre because it will motivate her to involve in learning activities. Further, according
to her situation it is important for the educator to provide her positive environment of learning
where it is the duty of teacher to make use of tools visual and audio tool which can assist in
distracting her mind from emotional dis-balance. Providing additional needs to her will assist
teacher in promoting her inclusion with all the children and is beneficial for her growth and
development. Further, to analyse the reason behind her isolation and emotion instability the
educator will implement the use of situations and activities which will help in indulging in

environment of learning like Role play which is a activity which enables generous way of
learning. It is the strategy which is the influence of British culture and helps in Australia in
developing understanding among children about the situation, Consequences and the
circumstances.
Apparently, to develop effective inclusion plan the educator will seek advise from her
family and specialist advisor because it is important for the education and care centre to take
advices for the inclusion plan and activities from specialist and family because these are the
person who are aware about the Maria body functioning and way of behaving to certain
circumstances. Specialist adviser are registered medical practitioners who plays a vital role in
managing and assisting inclusion plan therefore taking assistance in case of Maria is necessary
because involving her in every learning and development practice can be harmful and life
threatening. Assistance form parents and specialist is taken by educators to determine eating
habits and behaviours of Maria in different situations. Further, to enhance the effective of care
services the management will seek for parents goals and expectation for their child because it is
the technique which assist in managing effective step in inclusion plan of Maria. Apart from this,
in order to make sure parents that there girl is in safe environment the management will provide
tour to family of care centre and the resources which will use in inclusion plan of Maria. It is the
most effective strategy which assist in developing trust of parents on the services of education
and care home. However, to involve parents in Maria learning and development the educators
will focus on organising regular Meeting and training session as it is the most effective way of
connecting with parents on regular basis. It is the practice which assist the educators in
connecting with parents and making them aware about the growth of child. Further, this helps in
creating communication which helps in eliminating various risk which can arise when handling
children. Further, in case of limited resources the educators do not give on inclusion and
organise playing and gaming activities which helps in involving children in gamers which is the
best factor that assist in enhancing their way of learning.
In contrast, for Maria the educators will organise role play and physical activity in which
the other children's will perform and demonstrate certain circumstance which will provide
learning., it is the most effective inclusion plan as in this ever child interact with each other
regardless of their behaviours, attitudes and disabilities. Apart from this the educators will
implement the use of prompting tool for Maria because Prompting is the tool which helps the

child in grabbing things faster like, Verbal prompt will be used to increase participation of Maria
in physical activities of learning. Model prompt will Be used to demonstrate the situation which
make learning activities interesting for Maria. Lastly, Physical prompting will be use to increase
her involvement in learning. The service providers will make use of effective communication
strategies and techniques to increase his involvement with educators and all the kids at care
centre. Thus, the stepwise inclusion plan of Maria comprise the following activities
 Educators will focus on implementing the use of specific and appropriate tools of
establishing effective learning for Maria.
 The educators and care takers will ensure that the additional needs of Maria are fulfilled
and her surroundings are healthy and safe.
 Gaming and prompting sessions will be conducted to evaluate the behaviours and attitude
of Maria to different life situations. This will assist the educator in determining learning
of and understanding ability of Maria.
 Educator will not force Maria for inclusion with other kids as it can be harmful and
threatening.
 Management will seek advice from parents and specialist advisor for making changes in
regular routine of Maria.
 Training and learning session will be organised for family to demonstrate Maria learning
and involvement with other children in education and care centre.
Hence, inclusion plan of Maria will be based on National quality standard and Early year
learning framework which will helps in establishing a base for education and learning. It
will assist in determining standard of environment which can be suitable in regard to
conditions of Maria. The framework assists the educator in implementing the use of most
appropriate and effective tool in learning practices. Following the framework of Eylf is
the most effective technique which assist in formulating health and hygienic standards at
care centre for the children like Maria. The National Quality standard develops the sense
of responsibly with the help of which the educators follows ethical practices regardless of
any discrimination. In addition, the Early year learning framework sets the specific rules
and regulation under which the centre is bound to maintain the ethical practices in
organization for the children. Apart from this there are various issues which come across
while handling children's like Maria that is Lack of involvement as she remains isolated

and goes through emotional dis balance, change in behaviour and attitude of Maria with
educator and other children, changes in eating habits etc. are the basic difficulty which
can come across when implementing inclusion plan of Maria.
However, according to National quality standard there are seven quality areas which are linked to
inclusion of all children in early childhood education and care services that is Educational
program and practice, Health and safety of children, physical environment, staffing
arrangements, relationship with children, partnership with families and communities and
leadership and governance. In accordance to this, the educator will communicate about all the
development and growth of Maria to parents on regular basis because Communicating success of
child to family is important and assist the parents in ensuring that there child is growing in
healthy and safe and learning environment. In addition, the quality standards of NQS and Eylf
will determine parents of Maria about the resources and learning environment of care centre.
The framework of NQS states that it is the duty of care centre to have collaborative partnership
with families and communities.
Nevertheless, to support the growth of Maria the care centre will provide Customized chairs and
path way, as it is the basic need of physically disabled child which needs to be fulfilled in order
to make her comfortable in environment. Therefore, providing customized wheel chair and
framing easy and simple path way will assist the Maria in feeling normal like all the children
which will increase the participation in learning and playing activities. In accordance to
inclusion plan it has been determined that change in activities and development of Maria will not
rapid as changes in case of disability take time but assist the child in understanding the
importance of learning. Therefore, enabling child in inclusion plan is the most effective step as in
this the practices and conducted to provide learning to child according to their attitude and
behaviours keeping mind their disability without discrimination. The inclusion plan is the most
effective step as it is focused on increasing participation of child in learning and growth
activities. Thus, according to plan of Maria it has been analysed that fulfilling the additional
needs of child is important because it helps them in feeling normal like all other children
education and care centre. In order to provide satisfaction to parents and families the educators
implements strategies designed by a specialist are implemented according to directions given by
medical advisor because he or she is the person who is aware about the child dietary routines and
medication.

This analyzed the average of child development who is not suffering from disability. In
accordance to this, child start lifting his or her head in between of age 1 to 2 whereas the child
starts feeling emotion that smiling and cooing in average age of 0.5 to 4. Apparently, kid starts
rolling on an average at 0.5 to 1. Further, the children starts focusing on objects in between of 1
to 3.
