INTRODUCTION
This report will provide an analyse and importance of inclusive teaching and learning.
Teaching is an ongoing and important process for a student. It demonstrates information’s, facts,
knowledge and skills within an individual. Learning is based on many personal, social and
cultural aspects that influence on the teaching style (Avant, 2022). This report is going to
discuss the same to effectively understand different perspective and behaviour of learners.
MAIN BODY
TASK
1.1 Analyse the personal, social and cultural factors on learning and its impact
The three factors have indeed impact on the learning abilities of students. Personal factors
like age, gender and mind development are different of every student. An individual has wider
scope in learning when they are in grown up age. Whereas, small age students take time to learn
the facts. Therefore, these factors involve self-motivation, boredom, maturity within individual
which divert their mind from learning. The society and culture also impact on learning. A student
surrounding will reflect in their attitude and mind-set. For example, if a proper environment of
language and reward will be determined. It will help the student to grow their learning attitude
1.2 What are different cognitive, physical, and sensory abilities of learning.
In a student, there are different mind-set, learning abilities, adopting educational
environment and physical abilities which impact on their learning. Cognitive skills are known as
the mind power and skills while learning and grabbing knowledge. These learners are those who
gets top in the class due to their effective motor skills and sharp memory. These learners have
high ability to remember the things (Harbin, 2020). Physical and sensory abilities impact on the
learning of students. When a student will be physicality fit, they will feel confident to set within
the class. Sensory abilities are necessary to sense the need of emergency, hearing, clear vision.
These abilities are much necessary for an individual to learn without facing nay hurdles. The
sensory abilities are those which help student to hear and see what teachers are presenting. There
are many students which lacks in clear vision and hearing issues. So that, the educational
institution provides special facilities for these children by using modern technologies.

2.1 What are policy and regulations in relation to inclusive practice.
There are policies and regulations which impact on the inclusive practice, are many polices
in the classroom environment, a teacher must work as per the set rules and guidance to providing
learning. One of the main legislation is about Equality Act 2010 UK. As per this, a teacher must
treat every child in a same manner (Liu, 2018). No student must be treated some or other special
way which may losses interest of others. The policy of Special educational needs and disability
Act 2001, the teachers needs to ficus on special children who have disability issues and facing
physical barrier in learning. There are many practice like making them comfortable, safe and
involved into the educational environment. The teacher hold responsibility to not feel them
different from other students by giving them same opportunities to learn and grow. The other
policy which supports the inclusive learning is approach towards education, Exploitation and
Discrimination Act. These practices will influence the learners to show their talent and get
whatever they deserve.
2.2 How the policy and regulations influence on the organisational policies
The policies and regulatory framework influence on the organisation policies at most of
the extent. In an educational institution, every university or school has their different norms and
rules which must be followed by every teacher. Therefore, the legislations and polices are the
additional factors that must also be taken into consideration. So that, the education department
first give preference to these regulatory frameworks in order to enable teaching and learning
practices for students (Loya, 2020). Organisational policies must cover all the equality,
discrimination and teaching approaches to save the learners from any misbehaviour of the
institution. These policy and legislation play vital role in keeping all the students interest at the
foremost priority of teachers. This will help them to make their future bright.
2.3 How these policies and regulations affects the own inclusive practice
The policies and regulations are the key norms within every education sector. In own
inclusive practices, the teacher must be adhering about rules and standards to behave in that
particular manner. Every classroom has different people in terms of their background, religion,
personality and human behaviour, so that, the teacher must not make any partial behaviour as it
would impact on other student’s actions as well. The way they see their teachers, the same act
they will respect in future. Therefore, the teachers need to regulate awareness among children to
behave with honesty, trust and decency while speaking to someone. They should be treated with

respect and integrity and expect the same from them. The regulatory framework is actually made
to support special children who are different from other. But they have right to get education and
grab opportunity to be successful in life. As inclusive learning is all about providing basic
knowledge to the student by analysing their attitude, behaviour and past experiences (Singh,
2021). So that, the teachers must not be depended on what the child has already learned rather
they need to ficus on revise their learning from beginning.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that, there are various practices which needs to be taken care
within educational institution. These factors are physical, cognitive skills that includes a person
behaviour, attitude toward learning that build their motor skills. Also, there are many regulatory
frameworks like equality, diversity acts that shows teacher must treat every child in same way.
This will eliminate any partiality and every student will get all the knowledge, skills to develop
their bright future.
