Introduction
The report will provide an understanding of the factors related to teaching and their significance
in the inclusive learning background. It will assess the impact of cognitive teaching and learning
on students. The significance of teaching lies in the adoption of teaching methods important for
students of different comprehensive backgrounds. The report has examined the factors that are
related to the growth in business. There are significant ideas that have an influence over the
growth of the company. Therefore, there are important practices that have an impact on the
factors, which are designed to educate the students and correct their learning practices related to
the company.

TASK 1
Define inclusive practice and evaluate the factors you considered in your designing of
inclusive teaching and learning during your teaching practise
Inclusive practice is an approach in which, normal, as well as the disabled students, are given
sufficient help and support in an institution. Inclusive means to incorporate everybody in spite of
his or her diversity and capability. In this type of institution, the disabled students are provided
with every need of education to improve their condition (Dell’Anna et al., 2019). This approach
is free from partiality as it incorporates the participation of every student in the activities of
learning. It also helps in revealing the strengths and knowledge of every student in the same
environment of learning. This practice of learning includes giving opportunities and facilities to
the students so that they can participate in learning without any hindrance. This also incorporates
the assessment method that would fulfil the need of the students.
The factors that need to be considered in designing inclusive teaching and learning are divided
into three factors; they are personal, social, and cultural.

Personal factors- The students’ age and gender are considered before planning the methods of
inclusive teaching. Age determines their learning capabilities. There is some discrimination
between genders in some regions, so the gender of the student is also considered. The confidence
level of the student is also considered as it affects the outcome of their learning (McClymont,
2019). A proper teaching plan should be made to influence the students who have low
confidence, and the students of high confident level should be encouraged for their work and
enthusiasm in the study. The educational background of the students determines their knowledge
and methods of study. If the background is strong and the students have excelled in studies, his
or her development in the current institution would be better. The curriculum should be made to
cater to the skill and knowledge of every student. The language development of the students
determines how faster they would be able to learn (Wingate, 2015). Different methods of
teaching should be planned as per the different skills and abilities of the students.

Social factors- peer pressure is another factor that should be considered in the practice of
inclusive teaching. The peer group easily influences some children while some are not; the
teaching method should include the practices that would encourage the children to study. Group
activity or group projects would enhance the skills of the students. Social status of the students
determines the characteristics of them and human being, as social status has an impact on the
behaviour of the students. The financial situation also determines the learning period of the

students. Families with low income would not be able to send their children to study for a long
time. The students who know multi-languages reveal their skill in learning different things
(McManis, 2017). This positive factor would also influence other students in the classroom. The
social status of the students reveals their communication skills and behaviour. The socially active
students gain a place in society much faster than who are not.
Cultural factors- The cultural belief of the students should be considered in planning the
inclusive practice method. Different cultures have different influences on the development of
children. Students with strong cultural sense develop easily and quickly than those who do not.
The religious attitude is another important factor that determines the behaviour of the students.
The students with conservative religious belief have different behaviour than those who do not
believe in religion difference among peers or teachers. In the inclusive practice of teaching
different methods should be incorporated to dissolve the barrier of religion so that the students
would develop into a human being who holds the religion of human being as more important
than any religion. However, moral ethics should be taught to enhance the behaviour of the
students. The cultural barriers between the students would affect the learning of the students
negatively (Tiwari et al., 2015). In the inclusive practice, there should be an intermingling of
students regardless of their cultural diversity so that the barriers of culture would hamper their
studies.

Evaluate and analyse the impact of cognitive ability and environment of learning. (LO. 1.2)
Cognitive ability is an important part of the learning process of a teaching environment (Kwan,
2015). It formulates an understanding of the knowledge and abilities of the teachers to function
in a better manner. The cognitive ability of an individual determines the learning capability of
the individuals. These are the important mental skills, which are incorporated by students or a
better learning activity. The learners are entitled to make the use of their learning ability for their
better growth of the individuals. The knowledge and abilities of the learners are important as
they promote efficient growth. Learning environment of an individual is characterised by the
possession of a plausible environment that would relate to the growth of the company. It is very
important for the students to incorporate the use of cognitive abilities for better learning
methods. Therefore, the cognitive learning environment has an impact on the growth of the
business. Therefore, as per the abilities and the knowledge acquired by the individuals, there are
important areas that require to be covered for the betterment the company. Therefore, by
fostering important abilities, the student is able to learn and analyse the various factors
associated with the growth and understanding of the business operations.
In critical evaluation of the factors associated with the different backgrounds there are
contributions that aid in the development of the company. It is important for the teachers to form
a better learning environment. This can be attained through the integration of the promotion of
inclusive learning important for the students. The cognitive environment for the well-being of the
students can also be attained through the better understanding of the abilities that are present in
an individual. This has an impact and influences the teachers to act in a better manner. It is
significant as it adds to the better learning cycle of the students. Therefore, through the better
learning environment, the teacher is able to attain a better understanding from their students and
learning environment. There are challenges, which are addressed by the individuals of the
company. This is important as it leads to the better understanding of the mindset of the student.
That would further influence the sensory impairments of the business. Therefore, according to
the better and positive learning environments, the individual will be able to foster to significant

Identify and explain how policy framework and organisational policies influence inclusive
practice in education.
In the United Kingdom, the Government has supported inclusive practice and has made some
policies to support it. It has forbidden the discrimination in the education of students and has
provided some responsibilities to the country under the “International Human Rights” law.
According to human rights, the country should provide inclusive practice for every child. Any
international or private institution should not discriminate among people in spite of diversity in
gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, belief, religion, or things like that in the admission
process or employment of institution members. The people are thus, safeguarded by the
“Equality Act 2010” (csie.org.uk, 2019). However, there are provisions for extra care for special
children in schools.

The policy of equality in the education sector has provided opportunities to the children of every
class or religion in achieving study, to learn, and to develop. Equality in education enhances the

2006, the act was amended to include facilities for the disabled person in every school. The
institution must promote equality among the students disregarding their disability. The “special
education needs” should be provided to the students in every institution to secure their health.
These policies cater to the special needs of special children and enhance their quality of life. The
institutions must adhere to the laws so that there would be justice and equality.

a) Identify and explain at least five steps or strategies you will use to implement and

setting these standards the coordinator will be able to form a better inclusive and learning
environment for the students. This will maintain the growth of the students and their
competiveness in the industry. The use of the identification of the professionals will help in the

measures for functioning in the teaching department.

students will be able to learn and grow in their environment. That would aid to the development of
the students and address their needs.
