INTRODUCTION
Inclusive practices are those which are adopted by several professionals who are assigned
to teach and provide learning to learners. This will improvise their knowledge and make them a
better citizen. This will make external as well as internal environment fruitful. The report
consists of skills which are necessary to be adopted by a learner as well as educator so that
development is flourished. Various skills like personal skills , social skills, cultural skills,
cognitive skills and sensory skills are discussed. Along with this their impact and several
policies which can improve them and their impacts are discussed.
TASK 1
Review the impact of personal, social and cultural factors on learning.
Personal factors like age, language, family, social and cultural factors like environment,
society, gender discrimination and others affect the learning power of an individual. These are
the factors which an individual goes through in his daily life and as they are on going process,
improper functioning of such activities makes learning complex(Atewologun and Harman 2020).
Individuals go through lack of concentration when they are treated biased because of their family
backgrounds or culture from where they come from. Gender Discrimination is also a cause and
because of women are nit able to pursue their studies as society creates a barrier in their way. An
individual who is having weak financial background faces trouble in carrying out higher studies.
Due to pressure of society, individuals at a very early age indulge in alcohol and drugs which
they later becomes addicts and lack motivation and interests from their studies.
Review the impact of different cognitive, physical and sensory abilities on learning
Since childhood, there are several skills of an individual which are required to be
developed like cognitive, physical and sensory. These skills form a structure and helps in
building a good career. With cognitive skills a student can develop his learning power as to how
much information he can store with himself and with that respective information how he can
mould his ideas. When cognitive skills are developed it will help an individual to learn new
things and come up with new ideas(Budnyk and Sydoriv 2019). Physical skills refers to personal
well being of an individual. An individual devoid of good physical skills cannot concentrate and
perform better in his academics which will loose his motivation and can ruin his progress.
Sensory abilities refers to skills of senses like touch, hear, smell. When individual is not able to

explore various ideas and is lacked behind(Keppens Consuegra and Vanderlinde 2019).
Therefore all skills are required by an individual. If an individual is devoid of any skill, with
proper measures they can be rectified.
Summarise policy and regulatory frameworks relating to inclusive practice.
Inclusive practices refers to teaching approach which makes sure that whatever
information is delivered to an individual is suitably learned and understood to them. The
practice believes that not every individual has a same level of understanding and that is the
reason that educator is required to adopt several ways which can make the process of learning
feasible for learners. There are numerous policies made by government of UK and a wide range
of frameworks which is mandatory for teaching institutions to carry out. Some of the policies
which is required by institutions to follow are:
Equality Act 2010
It is made compulsory for educational institutes to adhere the same rules for every
individual enrolled for learning. There should be no discrimination policy and if any one is found
guilty of same then there are strict charges.
Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001:
Government made laws to adhere interests of specially able students so that they are not
left out and feel partiality in learning process.
Explain how policy and regulatory frameworks influence organisational policies relating to
inclusive practice
Policies and Regulations made on behalf to preserve rights and duties of every category.
These policies affect inclusive practices made on this behalf. The policies made on behalf of
such rights will be helpful by regulatory body in managing the state of affairs and maintaining
equilibrium(Downs and Floyd 2019). These will enhance the learning of all categories of
individuals. The influence of the regulatory frameworks and policies made in this behalf can be
seen as:
Equality Act 2010
When individuals are treated with equality, they are accessible to more and more
opportunities and thus growth process will flourish.
Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001:

When specially able individuals are treated in a same way, it will motivate them and their
skills can come out more effectively and bring change in world.
Summarise own role and responsibilities relating to inclusive practice
Every individual should protect their interests and take proper efforts for the same. Every
profession has a lot of roles and responsibilities which are required to be fulfilled. The main part
of educator is to amend such policies which are in favour of every learner(Graham 2020). The
responsibility of an individual is to work in such a manner that he is able to met his goals and
objectives that can boost his career and make him achieve success. For this he has to be
consistent with learning practices. This can be achieved when inclusive learning is used that will
design the career path as chosen. This is required to be achieved in a systematic and strategic
manner to meet the desired goals.
CONCLUSION
All in all it can be concluded from the above studied task that it is mandatory to possess
these skills as discussed above. Also if such skills are not that efficient then proper efforts can be
taken so that such skills are improvised. When these are improvised problems in future which
can arise are reduced.
