Introduction
An inclusive practice is a systematic framework used in teaching process by the
mentors in order to identify the difference between the various students. This process also
ensures that all the students should have the ability to access the educational content properly
and completely participate in the learning process. It also makes an understanding in the mind
of mentors that everybody has different capability to accommodate the learning. This
approach also examine that overall learning experience can bring by the student diversity.
Furthermore, inclusive practices have various benefits such as it will enhance the knowledge
of people regarding diversity and equality, developing the sense of sensitivity and empathy in
the student’s behavior for the people who are not similar with them, improving the emotional
relationship such as friendship, confidence, self-image and many other factors which can help
an individual to attain higher level of success in their upcoming future. As learner it will very
helpful for a student to attain the higher level of knowledge in their educational career (Bold,
2019)
LO1 - Understand factors which influence learning.
Review the impact of personal, social and cultural factors on learning.
There are various factors that has the power to influence the process of learning,
which can be further divided as social, personal or cultural. Sensation and perception are
physiological in nature and irregular to individual learners, are personal elements that
influence learning. It can also be said that some children begin to learn at a younger age and
some spend more time in the process of learning the information. That is why the process of
learning is generally regarded to be based on the factors of age and maturation. Learning is
determined by the age of the learners; the younger the child, the less information they have,
thus teaching a reception class will necessitate a lot of practicing basic skills and learning
through play. An older child develops a higher degree of information and abilities that can be
extended and managed, whereas a younger child can only handle quick periods of intensive
learning before becoming tired, bored, and losing concentration. Stress and dullness have a
negative impact on learning because they reduce learners' ability to concentrate and work in
class. It can be seen that younger students learn faster and memorize easier as compared to
the older students, even though the fact that they have lack of experience and education
needed to apply what they've learned to real-life situations, whereas the older students learn
slower and memorize more difficultly, but find it easy to apply what they've learned in
relation to life circumstances (Bracken and Novak, 2019).

Review the impact of cognitive, physical, and sensory abilities on learning.
The process of learning is based on a different talents of the learners, which are
generally categorized such as physical, cognitive and sensory abilities. Some of the abilities
are nature, reading ability, analytical capabilities, skill development, specialized learning
difficulties, physical limitations, visual awareness, and hearing impairment. Physical
development, health, nutrition, and visual and physical defects that behaviors are related to
physical elements that influence learning. Malnutrition for example lack of vitamins
minerals, impacts learning, focus, and physical growth, while poor health tends to affect and
slow down the physical development of the children. It can also be seen that reading and
spelling are difficult for students with hearing, vision, and other physical disabilities. When
the difficulties are beyond the child’s educational limits, efforts should be made to ensure that
these issues are addressed through connections with suitable organizations and authorized
officials. Children from low-income households who may be vulnerable to emotional, sexual,
or physical abuse should be protected by contacting national authorities. Various factors such
as sleeping in class, improper sense of dressing that tend to affect the process of learning and
should be tracked, reported, and addressed accordingly (Florian, 2019).
LO2- Understand the impact of policy and regulatory frameworks on inclusive practice.
Summarize policy and regulatory frameworks relating to inclusive practice.
There is an act that is The Equality Act of 2010, which is known to protect the human
rights and replaces all equality legislation for example the Special Educational Needs and
Disability Act of 2001 (SENDA) and the Discrimination Act of 2005. It provides guidance on
preventing discrimination against disabled students in order to gain access to education,
training, and other services that are available to other students. It also makes sure that legal
rights for disabled students in pre- and post-secondary education. Ass it is wrong to treat a
disabled student less favourably than other students. It highlights the way to treat someone in
an illegal way, which is divided into categories of discrimination. Age, sex, marital status,
pregnancy, handicap, culture and religion are all recognized elements that make
discrimination illegal. This Act requires organizations, the teaching and education sector, and
the community to promote deaf and visual knowledge about the ways to adapt and support
these groups of learners without discrimination, ensuring equal opportunities and good
accessibility. As defined by SENDA 2001, Special Education learners should be provided
various levels of required help that is lifts and parking spaces for learners with physical
disability (Hughes and McDuff, 2019).

Explain the ways in which policy and regulatory frameworks have the power to
influence organisational policies relating to inclusive practice
The term policy and regulatory frameworks have a major influence on organisational
policies by making sure that all vital policies are well formulated, written and available to all
stakeholders, comprises of students, teachers, and other employees. It also provides as a
compilation of standard, up-to-date information alongside which procedures and compliance
can be assessed. This contains proper advertising and promoting the organization's courses on
its own website in a proper and fair manner. In that process where anyone who encounters the
admissions standards can apply on the basis of without discrimination. The frameworks
comprise of the information regarding stakeholders' roles, for example students and teachers,
and policies that provide proper direction and expectations in order to develop and maintain a
secure and favourable atmosphere. In that atmosphere everyone feels comfortable with the
purpose of staying and engaging with one another. This also leads to inspire everyone in
order to implement positive behaviours and give their all in to fulfil the duties and
responsibilities. It must be accounted for and represented in employee evaluations and
performance appraisals. In that process, the staff can obtain proper information in relation to
the organization's strategies and procedures for supporting their continuing professional
development to make sure the organization's quality improvement and assurance (Ware,
Singal and Groce, 2020).
Explain how policy and regulatory frameworks effect own inclusive practice
Policy and regulatory frameworks are known to create a major effect on the individual
inclusive practice by making current legislation widely available for example the integration
of all preceding equality laws into the Equality Act, 2010. In that process the frameworks
support me in inspecting the documents in order to have a clear understanding of how to
implement them. The frameworks also benefit me in having a better knowledge of my own
tasks and responsibilities as mentioned in the policy statement. Furthermore, it motivates me
to work harder to make sure about the expected outcomes which are attained and all learners
get higher level of success. The frameworks allow me to reflect over upon my own behaviors
in order to build alliances with the students in order to get the maximum achievement by
making sure about appropriate levels of support are offered in the guidelines of the program.
In the lesson plan, equality and diversity are two elements which represented the
development of identified levels with the aim of supporting into individual learning plans, in
which their learning requirements are handled by using numerous teaching techniques for
instance VARK. To enhance social connection among different types of learners, several

teaching approaches such as group dynamics for group work, peer job, assignments, and quiz
are used. All learners have the opportunity to provide feedback on the impact of my teaching
approaches and practices on their learning, as well as make suggestions for areas of
improvement that can help them learn more effectively. This feedback is analysed, evaluated,
and studied for bringing continuous improvement (Ware, 2018.)
LO3 Roles and responsibilities in relation to inclusive practice
The main role of the learner is to be more focused on the skills and the desire to study. The
ultimate target is to help the learners so that they can grow at their own pace and this can be
done by planning and preparing as per the timing. In which teachers play an essential role
that is they try to keep the communication clear with the learners (Forber-Pratt and Sarkar,
2021).
LO3.1 Summarise role and responsibilities relating to inclusive practice
The term concerning inclusive practice is defined as the method in which the learners get the
chance to learn about the information related to education. I also noticed an optimistic impact
in the process related to learning. We all the learners were told about the importance of
equality with diversity. With the help of this, being a learner, I understood the value of being
confident and about self-esteem as it allowed to bring new opportunities (Webster, 2018).
LO3.2 The relationship between own role and the roles of other professionals involved in
inclusive practice
It can be said that there is a direct association between my role and other professionals
engaging in inclusive practice have various responsibilities to play. It can be seen that as a
part of teaching and education, various factors have the power to impact the personal,
cultural, and social stages. Therefore, it was must to understand my role and also of other
professionals as I will work as a team with the team in the future.
LO4 How to create and maintain an inclusive learning environment
The learning environment is linked with a positive space in which all the learners regardless
of their learning choices, and identities feel supported and encouraged mentally and
academically. In order to build a sense of belongingness in the learning process. As per the
studies, most of the learners succeed academically in the environment that leads to highlight
the cooperative learning which take into account the personal skills of the learners (Amina,
2020).

LO4.1 Review key features and benefits of an inclusive learning environment
Fundamental characteristics and advantages of a diverse learning situation is defined as every
learner is different and they learn in their own way. This is said to be the principle of
inclusive education. In an inclusive process, teachers employ carefully planned teaching and
assistance in order to help students progress. That is why all students will benefit from these
strategies. Instructors regularly employ positive behavior to the learners so that they can grow
in their lives.
LO4.2 Outline ways to promote equality and value diversity
There are numerous methods for promoting the level of valuing diversity and equality. The
idea of promoting and respecting individual differences is called equality and variety, or
multicultural. Hence, equality is treating individuals honestly and similarly irrespective of
their civilization, gender, stage of development, incapacity, sexual orientation or faith.
Diversity is related to recognizing and appreciating differences in order to create a
welcoming environment (Lakey, 2020).
LO4.3 Analyse ways to promote inclusion
There are several ways to encourage and encourage inclusion as it must to know about
learners that can be done by making an effort to spend time getting to know about them. The
outcome will be helpful for the teachers as it will be the simple act of knowing about learners
properly. Another way to promote is by respecting diverse people and showing admiration for
people and cultures from all around the world.
LO4.Strategies for effective liaison between professionals involved in inclusive practice
The professionals can carry the offer for the learners to attend motivating talks and general
best practices. Also, sharing information and staying updated is beneficial to professionals
participating in inclusive practice. For instance, when a new regulation is passed that is
training to analyse it will be provided, and the investigation will be included in the lesson
plan under which the students will be able to learn about the new laws (Rodionova, Denisova
and Ovcharenko, 2021).
LO5 Roles and responsibilities relating to inclusive practice.
Vital duties of the students are to be more focused on his or her abilities and desire to study.
The ultimate goal is to assist learners in growing at their own speed, which may be
accomplished by planning and preparing according to schedule. Teachers play an important
part in this by attempting to maintain good communication with the students.

LO5.1 Review the effectiveness of own inclusive practice
Because I got to learn at my own pace and my teachers helped me to achieve a positive
learning outcome. I also believed that, as a result of my increased learning experience, I was
able to develop successful inclusive learning programs and objectives for myself. In addition
to this, I also believe that my all seniors encouraged all of us to grow through the curriculum,
whether it is via personal, or social development. Also, I went through my goals, aims, and
results at the beginning. With the help of this learning process, I became excellent at
communicating with other students about their own goals and outcomes.
LO5.2 Identify strengths and areas for improvement in inclusive practice
The strength was that I know how to interact, communicate and interact with other teammates
or my seniors. I am motivated enough to perform various tasks by making use of the skills
which I learned during the learning journey. One of my talents, I believe, is that I try hard to
assist others in achieving appropriate learning objectives and results.
LO5.3 Plan opportunities to improve own skills in inclusive practice
With the aim of improving my own skills, I will try to be more attentive in my learning
process and also, I'll make an effort to communicate with others. I feel I need to further
improve my ability to provide proper feedback, whether in written or oral form. That is why
I'll also try to make use of materials which are considered more appropriate for the learners.
Moreover, I will be talking with more experienced seniors, and colleagues so that I can have
better findings. I also believe that I need to study more about the topics in detail in order to
create a strategy for better learning and understanding the diverse set of skills (Wu, Lo and
Tsai, 2019).
Conclusion
From the above information, it can be summarised that a systematic framework utilized in the
teaching process by mentors to recognize the differences between the many students is
known as an inclusive practice. This procedure also guarantees that all students have the
opportunity to correctly access instructional information and engage fully in the learning
process. It also inspires mentors the awareness that every one's ability to tolerate learning is
varied. This method also considers the overall learning experience that student diversity may
provide. Furthermore, inclusive practices have many advantages, including increasing
people's awareness of diversity and equality, developing sensitivity and empathy in students'
behavior toward people who are not like them, improving emotional relationships such as
friendship, confidence, and self-image, and many other factors that can help an individual

achieve greater success in the future. It will be extremely beneficial for a student to get a
greater degree of knowledge in their educational career as a learner.
