It is common that tutor focus on the content to taught students, this content matters for the
learners success as it covers the syllabus, but it does not give the sign for tutor's success because
it is not necessarily means that learners are making success. So instead of only focusing on
content it is essential to give the opportunity to students to develop connectivity with the
knowledge they already know. New learning will help them to clear their misconception.
Therefore, lesson plan need to reflect the objectives. It is important for the tutor to consider some
aspects which are “What learners are required to know before begin with the lesson topic”.
Therefore, it will help the student to develop their interest about particular topic.
Allow flexibility:
To fulfil the need of students and enable them to gain the knowledge teacher's flexibility is must
have required. Thus, it is important that lesson plan offers the flexibility it can be done by giving
the different activities and projects that helps the student to explore the subject.
Designing of lesson plan that meets learner goals:

student. First to arrange the resources that are required to cover the lesson. First need to analyse
the learning objectives, through which the tutor will get to know as what learner need to know
and what they do after gaining the learning experiences (Gillian‐Daniel and et.al 2020). Also,
tutor can proceed to design the specific learning activities, as to divides the student for the
project it will help them to share the knowledge with each other. Through which tutor also begin
to analyse the previous knowledge of the learner which will help them to set the goals and
objectives which the learner can follow.
Learning styles and learning taxonomies:
Every individual have different aspect for learning, everyone prefer different learning
style. For an example auditory learner, who prefers the learning from audio, as they take the

Audit: In this information is provided in a spoken form, learner who prefer the audio to
understand the lesson. It is also beneficial for the student who are disable (Tassell, Stobaugh and
Maxwell, 2018).
Reading: It is the common learning styles which involves the notes making, with this learner

Assessment: assessment is process of collecting information which can be discussed to evaluate
deep understanding of student knowledge, every teacher provide assessment as tool to provide
better teaching and learning process in the class. Assessment can be challenging if teacher do not
acquire and understand their student and their level of knowledge, to make teaching and learning
effective, teacher have to perform assessment to analyse their student and then develop lesson
plan which can be beneficial (Pan and et.al., 2021). Multiple source are being used in gathering
information and concluding better understanding student need, every teacher perform assessment
to gather information about student's performance. There are different type of assessment, these
are:
Formative assessment: formative assessment is most effective process to evaluate learning
process of student, this provides clear understanding to educator in terms to developing effective
lesson plan to improve weak area of student. Feedback from formative assessment allow teacher
to examine those areas where learner in struggling.
Summative assessment: summative assessment are rare because it is done at the end of
instructional period for example at the end of unit, course and program. These highlight scored
of student which they have achieved during lesson or learning course.
Evaluation: evaluation is judgement provided by teacher to their learner, every teacher perform
evaluation to understand value of teaching and learning process. This is an continuous process
which include judgement of learning capacity of learner, evaluation is done on the basis of test or
exam which is being conducted by teacher (Brown, 2020). Evaluation is measurement done by
teacher to identify need of learner in teaching and learning process, it is very clear that without
evaluating measurement, a teacher cannot understand result of learning program. There are
different type of evaluation in teaching and learning process, these are:
Formative evaluation: formative evaluations is process to measure how well is learning is going,
this allows teacher to make certain modification if required, this evaluation is very important
because it provides insight of learning. There are many teachers who ask their student write short
reflection on topic, these short reflection can provide insight to teacher and later they bring some
